I always have wonderful Service! I appreciate your reminders to come and have it check up. You are very efficient and I feel very comfortable taking my cars there.
These guys are awesome! I have been coming here for years and have had University City Service Center service all of my family’s vehicles. They are honest, professional, and the turnaround on their services is very quick.
I appreciate all great job from Scoot, Brian and their team. I have been a regular customer for years. They always deliver results that exceeded my expectation.
Very honest amd trustworthy!!
Excellent customer service, fast repairs and good pricing. Thank you!!!!
Efficient and effective service. I feel our car is well taken care of by top service person. So glad he is available to take care of our car.
This was my first time at this shop - (recommended to me by friends) and was a great experience! Took my car in to get assessed after reaching a 100,000 + miles and Shop called me to update me on different parts. Nothing in expected came up and when a wrong part was boxed incorrectly, the mechanic stayed late to get…
Every time I come here I am impressed! All the staff are so friendly and helpful, and they do great work!
Fast, polite and efficient. I have been a customer for the past 30 yrs.
I had brakes and rotors replaced, a new TPMS sensor installed as well as repairs on a tire and a wheel. I appreciated the transparent communication and honesty of what was necessary to repair and what the cost estimate was before repair was completed. The repairs and replacements were satisfactory and met my expectations.
Always practical, quality service.
This was a service extended because my car had just passed 100,000 miles. All the vehicle fluids needed flushing and replacing. It has been almost a week and I notice my car running a lot smoother, like it got a mechanical facelift! 😂 They are very professional from start to finish. Definitely recommend this place!! Thank you!
Dropped off night before and received notice when finished .
Consistently reliable, fast and friendly service!
Always excellent service at reasonable fees!
Been going here for years, they always provide excellent serbice
I have been bringing in various cars in our family to this place for years. I have appreciated Brian's assessment of our car's mechanical needs. He has been honest, fast and thorough. He alerted me to issues that might require service in the upcoming future which I have really appreciated. I love that they are in…
Fast good prices been a customer for over 25 years
Owner and staff are great to work with and most importantly honest. I always feel like the only customer and they get the job done same day almost always. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my car fixed or worked on..
These days it is really difficult to find a service, ANY, service, that you can trust. This shop is one such place and I could not recommend it enough. Scott took my car in for 60K service. Their team did a great job for a reasonable price and told me that I do not have to change the shocks and struts for a while…
We take our truck and cars there for oil and everything else. They do a good job in a reasonable amount of time. They have a good reputation and keep it. Friendly too. AAA approved. They are usually very quick with oil changes and smog certs.
Scott and the team at UC Service Center are honest, reliable, and efficient. There was a time I asked to get my brake pads changed due to squeaking noises, but they didn’t find anything wrong. Instead of changing them out anyways to get more money, they didn’t charge anything and sent me on my way. You can trust…
Excellent service with skilled technicians!! Highly recommend.
This best auto shop I have been to in my life. I’m pretty old and so I have been to many in the past in different states and countries! I have 100% confidence in Bryan and the wonderful mechanics. This means this is one less thing to worry about when something is wrong with my 2001 Volkswagon Golf. I enjoy bringing my car here. Thank you everyone!!
Quick and courteous service as usual. I go to these guys for all my maintenance needs (I’ve got 5 cars) and I’m never disappointed.
We have been taking our vehicles here for nearly 20 years. Same great crew and reliable service.
This is our GOTO for auto service in UC. Scott and Brian make sure our cars keep running very well ...and WITHOUT breaking the budget. Highly recommended.
Bumper reattach...oil change..engine clean Damage is not my fault Brian!!!!
Great fast service with very transparent pricing.
Had a lot done to my 2016 Kia Rio. In addition to everything checked below, they replaced the brake and transmission fluids and replaced a bad tire pressure sensor. I was able to drop my car off before they officially opened and picked it up that evening.
So easy to work with! I had a break down on a Sunday when everyone is closed. This auto service is connected to a gas station that was open. Oscar very kindly helped me and let me leave the car and keys for it to be handled on Monday. Everything went perfectly!
The mechanic, Pete, called me directly to ask me what the issue was with my truck. My temperature gauge was failing, and it was affecting my gas mileage. He determined that it was likely a problem with my thermostat and he changed it out. The problem was fixed and I can already tell the gas mileage is better. The…
These guys work hard and always work to fit you in the schedule.
My family have been customers here for over 20 years now. I myself have been coming close to 10 years. Whether I drop in or make an appointment I always receive a call same day or the next outlining exactly what work needs to be done and exact cost before moving forward. On top of the clear communication, the…
local, convenient and easy to work with. All good
All the employees here are so helpful and friendly. My parents have been coming to Brian and Scott since the 90s and now I take my cars here even though my family lives in Rancho Penasquitos. They are worth the drive. Always honest and let me know when larger expenses may be in the near future. When larger expenses…
I’ve been bringing multiple vehicles here to Brian and Scott at University City Service Center for over 20 years because they always do good work and I feel that they’re honest in their assessments of my car and never try to upsell me on unnecessary parts or service. My most recent services here were last week for…
This is our service station of choice. They are great at diagnostics as well as being fast and friendly. Thank you again for taking great care of our CR-Vs.
University City Service is the best auto repair in San Diego. Their integrity and knowledge are AAA +++ all the way!!!
UC Service center has ALWAYS been the best auto service to me. They are honest and my car is always happier after it leaves the shop!
