These guys are awesome! I have been coming here for years and have had University City Service Center service all of my family’s vehicles. They are honest, professional, and the turnaround on their services is very quick.
My family and I are long-time customers of UC Service Center and the gas station … for decades. Three generations as customers. Brian, Scott, Logan and the whole team are excellent. I can’t remember her name (so very sorry!) but the woman who works with them is excellent. Service, break/fix, smog test, you name it…
My car broke down on the way home and I pulled into their parking lot and called immediately in the morning. Scott and the team were able to fix my fuel pump within 1 day. I have a European car and get nervous about taking my car to other mechanics than my own. Also, being taken advantage of because I am a woman...…
Efficient and effective service. I feel our car is well taken care of by top service person. So glad he is available to take care of our car.
This was my first time at this shop - (recommended to me by friends) and was a great experience! Took my car in to get assessed after reaching a 100,000 + miles and Shop called me to update me on different parts. Nothing in expected came up and when a wrong part was boxed incorrectly, the mechanic stayed late to get…
Came here to get my breaks fixed because I tore them up. But seriously, got there at 7am and my car was done in a couple hours. They were honest and transparent about everything and called to get my approval before doing anything. Checked my tires and everything as well. Thank you so much!
Consistently reliable, fast and friendly service!
Service was done quickly and at a good price.
These days it is really difficult to find a service, ANY, service, that you can trust. This shop is one such place and I could not recommend it enough. Scott took my car in for 60K service. Their team did a great job for a reasonable price and told me that I do not have to change the shocks and struts for a while…
Everyone is friendly, service is fast, very competent and thorough.
Thank you for the fast service!
Had a lot done to my 2016 Kia Rio. In addition to everything checked below, they replaced the brake and transmission fluids and replaced a bad tire pressure sensor. I was able to drop my car off before they officially opened and picked it up that evening.
I trust Scott with the maintenance of My car !
Scott went out of his way to make sure my vehicle was correct.
My family have been customers here for over 20 years now. I myself have been coming close to 10 years. Whether I drop in or make an appointment I always receive a call same day or the next outlining exactly what work needs to be done and exact cost before moving forward. On top of the clear communication, the…
All the employees here are so helpful and friendly. My parents have been coming to Brian and Scott since the 90s and now I take my cars here even though my family lives in Rancho Penasquitos. They are worth the drive. Always honest and let me know when larger expenses may be in the near future. When larger expenses…
I’ve been bringing multiple vehicles here to Brian and Scott at University City Service Center for over 20 years because they always do good work and I feel that they’re honest in their assessments of my car and never try to upsell me on unnecessary parts or service. My most recent services here were last week for…
Always have given me great service and a fair price.
I've been bringing our two cars to University City Service Center for 5 years or so. They are great: the price is fair, the work is always excellent, and they are always totally honest and reliable. I've taken cars to dozens of garages over the years, and this is probably the best garage I've ever been to. They have…
Thank you Scott and Brian for a wonderful survice It great to find a car mechanic that I can trust
