I wish I could rate this company a 10/10! I came in to have a pre purchase inspection on my vehicle back in December & I must admit the staff were all amazing from the moment I stepped into their building, customer service. I must admit I was hesitant at first because of the type of car I drive, I am a minority…
Zack is the most honest mechanic you will meet. He wants to fix your car for you, yes that's true, but he wants you to be happy with his work and come back. Plus, bring your friends and family. Very smart indeed. I've been going to him, I believe well over 10 years now and never once have I complained about…
The best and smoothest my "girl" has run in 15+years! Thank you Zach!
I have been visiting this garage for a few years now and they have always been honest and upfront with me. In some cases they have saved me money over what the dealership had quoted me. I am very satisfied with them.

They were recommended to me by a trusted mechanic among the jeep community. They were honest, the issue I went in for was not needed to repair and they made sure to let me know that and saved alot of cash. I will be using them in the near future.
Urban Auto Workz was recommended to me by the general manager for one of the Firestone locations to have the engine looked at for issues. My first call was picked up by the owner, Zach, who immediately gave me confidence in the company with his honest and straight forward discussion about his availability and what…
