2 cars deep with Zach and his crew. Great communication with the team and they walk through issues. I like how they send you updates on what they’re doing and you can approve or decline services. Reasonably priced for the area. Highly recommend them.

The experience I had recently at Urban Auto Workz was mixed but ended up as best as you could hope for in this unique circumstance. For that, I give Zach (Owner) kudos and 5 Stars for the effort he puts behind his business. It shows that integrity and reputation are paramount to him. This instance, which still did not meet "all of my expectations" but the fact that Zach went out of his way to do all that he could in this instance and admit (which most business owners do not) that "training" should always be happening, as especially in the automotive industry, technology advancements are happening at a rapid pace and the shops that stay trained and current are the ones that survive and have the best reviews, ratings, and service teams overall. Thank you Zach for the gesture you showed me in this difficult time as you turned a really terrible experience into a situation where I would return to your shop.
