Urban Auto Workz

The only place I trust with my '08 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.

I have had many services done at Urban auto workz, over the years .My car is older and unfortunately that's how it goes. They are fast and good with time management. Very happy with the work every time I go there!

2 cars deep with Zach and his crew. Great communication with the team and they walk through issues. I like how they send you updates on what they’re doing and you can approve or decline services. Reasonably priced for the area. Highly recommend them.

Great shop for repairs and they are reliable communicative and honest.

Really excellent service and a great staff. Alex and Robin are very professional and got my car in and out without delay.

Great service. Everything was done right I will keep going very good service. See you soon. Thanks.

This shop is honest and the work that’s done is top notch. Not only did they get my old truck up and running like new (before any work was done -detailed estimates) the transmission needed some work and it is running better than it ever has. they put in new wiring and a new backup camera as well as a new grill with… Read full review

I recently visited this garage and overall had a pleasant experience. My 13‑year‑old car needed more repairs than expected which I understand. The only issue was the timing — the repair took longer than the estimate, which made it hard to plan my day. Aside from that, the work was done well, and I’m satisfied with the final results.

They were very easy to work with and able to inform me What the options were. I’m a snowbird so I couldn’t have anything major done, but there was no pressure. I’ll be back when I have more time.

Great service. Well trained. Professional. Excellent A/C work. Clean. When they start doing SMOG I'll be there. Best in town. I got COLD A/C now just in time for the summer. You will be well informed. Huge alignment system. ADAS equipped.

Zach and crew are Amazing. Kept me up to date all the way through, did an amazing job and my car got fixed right. Thanks.... Highly recommend...

Great service and trust worthy repair shop. Fast and reliable and great experience. Thank you for great service!

The team at Urban Auto Works always takes care of my car. I’ve been going to them for a couple years now. There’s never any ridiculous “fluff” charges. They send you a detailed report with pictures and do tell you upfront what your car actually needs. I trust them and you should too, you won’t regret it.

I wish I could rate this company a 10/10! I came in to have a pre purchase inspection on my vehicle back in December & I must admit the staff were all amazing from the moment I stepped into their building, customer service. I must admit I was hesitant at first because of the type of car I drive, I am a minority… Read full review

This is my second time taking my car this shop and I will be coming back again for sure! Always super professional and very knowledgeable! Thank you!

Wouldn’t go anywhere else. This is a place you can trust and get full respect and honesty on your vehicle

Zack is the most honest mechanic you will meet. He wants to fix your car for you, yes that's true, but he wants you to be happy with his work and come back. Plus, bring your friends and family. Very smart indeed. I've been going to him, I believe well over 10 years now and never once have I complained about… Read full review

The best and smoothest my "girl" has run in 15+years! Thank you Zach!

An honest business!

Zach was awesome as always, I never take my car anywhere else. Not only did he service my car, but he also advised me of a safety issue that needed care elsewhere

Zach and his crew are the best, never let me down

Great service. Excellent work. Always has the job done when they say it will be finished

Good work by Good People!

Thanks urban auto for getting my van running good! They take there time and explain everything very well. Zack also caught a minor problem that the other place I took it to didn’t find. I feel that Zack and his team take there time and go the extra mile for the customer. Thanks again!

Great service. Fast service. Feel as though I received good service at a decent price

Love Zak and his team! Great great mechanics who know what they are doing. At first I was hesitant because I don't trust a lot of people with my car. Especially since it's a BMW and requires high end parts. But each time I take it to them he never fails me! And his prices are fair and he always works with me.

I have been visiting this garage for a few years now and they have always been honest and upfront with me. In some cases they have saved me money over what the dealership had quoted me. I am very satisfied with them.

This shop does amazing work. My car feels like it has a new lease on life. Many thanks!

These guys are great. Zack is knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. Want good fair work and treatment, go to Urban Auto Workz

They are very accommodating and trustworthy, I will recommend them to all my friends.

Absolutely love Urban Auto Workz!! Excellent service, fair price. Customer since 2017. Go see Zac, he'll take care of you

I highly recommend Zach and his staff to anyone looking for a knowledgeable mechanic. I have an older vehicle that needed some work to pass emissions. Zach worked with me around my schedule for drop off and pickup. Additionally, they quickly diagnosed the problem, always contacted prior to any work for approval,… Read full review

Today was just a battery replacement, though Zach at Urban AutoWorkz has done transmission, general repairs and maintenance on my vehicles and I’ve been 💯% satisfied!! May sound crazy to go an auto mechanic for something as standard as a battery, so here’s my thinking. Zach is honest, researches the best parts +… Read full review

They were recommended to me by a trusted mechanic among the jeep community. They were honest, the issue I went in for was not needed to repair and they made sure to let me know that and saved alot of cash. I will be using them in the near future.

Good communication. Squeezed us in and got one of our service vans back on the road

There are incredibly nice and understanding. Every time I have gone in they have been polite and pretty fast doing an amazing job 100% recommend this place!

Zach and his crew are not only technically proficient but also ethical . Zach has had many opportunities to pad my repair bill but really just helped me out . Five stars for these guys . I really appreciate them .

Great pricing and best customer service for anywhere in the area! Fast, professional, and not at all pushy!

Honest, high quality work and friendly service

Very professional, customer oriented, friendly, they communicate diagnostics findings in a very simple and very clear manner. I am very satisfied with their services. Zach and Mario are great people.
