Excelente servicio muy amables
I have had many services done at Urban auto workz, over the years .My car is older and unfortunately that's how it goes. They are fast and good with time management. Very happy with the work every time I go there!
I have been going to Zack since 2021, after several other auto mechanics tried to take advantage and screw me over. Zack is amazing! When my work is under warranty, he handles the whole thing. I have three cars that I take to him. I send every real estate client of mine to his shop. Even if they have their own…
2 cars deep with Zach and his crew. Great communication with the team and they walk through issues. I like how they send you updates on what they’re doing and you can approve or decline services. Reasonably priced for the area. Highly recommend them.
Really excellent service and a great staff. Alex and Robin are very professional and got my car in and out without delay.
This shop is honest and the work that’s done is top notch. Not only did they get my old truck up and running like new (before any work was done -detailed estimates) the transmission needed some work and it is running better than it ever has. they put in new wiring and a new backup camera as well as a new grill with…
Had a check engine light. Received a thorough inspection report showing the exact problem with cost of repair. I could not be happier. The is back in running shape at a reasonable cost. Cheers!
I recently visited this garage and overall had a pleasant experience. My 13‑year‑old car needed more repairs than expected which I understand. The only issue was the timing — the repair took longer than the estimate, which made it hard to plan my day. Aside from that, the work was done well, and I’m satisfied with the final results.
I was greeted happily by the ladies at the desk when I went in for an oil change recently. There was a hiccup in the electronic scheduling system but they were kind enough to squeeze me in anyway and the service was promptly performed. It is much appreciated !
Service was amazing. I was able to drop off my car the night before and get it the next day. Quick and easy to pick up.
Honest and upfront about everything going on. They also help you if you need to finance your bill.

Great service. Well trained. Professional. Excellent A/C work. Clean. When they start doing SMOG I'll be there. Best in town. I got COLD A/C now just in time for the summer. You will be well informed. Huge alignment system. ADAS equipped.

The people there are soooo nice!!
They were efficient and professional, inspected the car thoroughly and my car is running great and the chemical smell I was having is gone. Price is reasonable, fully recommend this place.
The team at Urban Auto Works always takes care of my car. I’ve been going to them for a couple years now. There’s never any ridiculous “fluff” charges. They send you a detailed report with pictures and do tell you upfront what your car actually needs. I trust them and you should too, you won’t regret it.
This is my second time taking my car this shop and I will be coming back again for sure! Always super professional and very knowledgeable! Thank you!
Went to get oil change instead of the mini dealer. Super service great price compared to dealership. Everyone so nice could watch service being done. Showed me pictures of all my systems and explained how they were holding up. I was very impressed with them. Highly highly recommend them for services or repairs…
Wouldn’t go anywhere else. This is a place you can trust and get full respect and honesty on your vehicle
Zack is the most honest mechanic you will meet. He wants to fix your car for you, yes that's true, but he wants you to be happy with his work and come back. Plus, bring your friends and family. Very smart indeed. I've been going to him, I believe well over 10 years now and never once have I complained about…

Excellent work by Zach and his crew. 10/10 would recommend using their services. Priced right and communicative with their progress.
Love Zak and his team! Great great mechanics who know what they are doing. At first I was hesitant because I don't trust a lot of people with my car. Especially since it's a BMW and requires high end parts. But each time I take it to them he never fails me! And his prices are fair and he always works with me.
Hands Down, over at Urban Auto Workz Zach and his crew are very knowledgeable on top of that great mechanics when it comes to getting the job done.. Never had to return a vehicle for any of the jobs they performed. The guys are very professional work place is clean & safe even inside the waiting area....
Today was just a battery replacement, though Zach at Urban AutoWorkz has done transmission, general repairs and maintenance on my vehicles and I’ve been 💯% satisfied!! May sound crazy to go an auto mechanic for something as standard as a battery, so here’s my thinking. Zach is honest, researches the best parts +…
