Ian was on time, courteous, considerate and well spoken. He explained what he was doing and efficiently completed the job. We gave 7-10 days to see if the product works as well as Ian does!😁
Faith did a great job. Very professional.

Nathan at Urban Desert did an excellent and thorough job treating our home. Very happy with this service.
Great communications before and after service call! Did an outstanding job.
In addition to his regular bi-monthly extermination services, Ryan did a great job of finding wasp nests and eliminating them. I would highly recommend Urban Desert Pest Control and Ryan.
First initial service for general pest control. Dallin was polite and had good attention to detail. Price is fair.
Quick and followed specific instructions
Jeff did a wonderful job inside and outside. This was my first service after switching from another pest control company that I was unhappy with. Very happy with this one so far.
Michael was very nice and from what I see he did a thorough job spraying.
The success of any business lies within its employees. Since we have had Urban desert, we started with Robert and then Bobby took over our pest control. Robert was fantastic and so is Bobby. Because of Bobby's service we would not think of going anywhere else! What a great employee!!
Best ever, really detailed.

Bobby is very willing to help in anyway possible. He takes photos of the issue at hand and anything else that’s not suppose to be there like black willow spiders. He captures and disposes unwanted critters. He makes sure he understands the issues completely and addresses them in detail. He’s just happy to help and…
Michael was very thorough and informative. He sprayed interior, exterior, spread granules outside and left glue boxes for garage. Wore shoe covers inside. Very happy with the service.
Tony always does a great job for us!!
