Great service and educated me on everything they were about to do.
I have been using Urban Desert Pest Control since earlier this summer and have been really happy with the quality of the service! If there is a recurrence of insects after the first 60 days (for the initial treatment to take effect) they have come back for interim treatment outside of my usual service. They provide…
Paid over $1500 for rodent trapping, exterior sealing and a smoke test for rats/mice in in Nov 2025. One year later, there are still rats in the walls/attic, had to chase Urban Desert down to even check or remove the traps, they fired our tech during the process, and all the exterior seals are failing today with…
Honest, thorough and professional rat exclusion work.
Bobby is very willing to help in anyway possible. He takes photos of the issue at hand and anything else that’s not suppose to be there like black willow spiders. He captures and disposes unwanted critters. He makes sure he understands the issues completely and addresses them in detail. He’s just happy to help and…
I would rate the reps/techs Jenson and his companion 5 stars on a job well done. They sealed all the gaps. They put the traps and showed me where the part that needs to be fixed while they’re performing the smoke detector and even gave me an option to use a different plumbing company besides with the one that…
Max showed up on time and was very polite and professional. Max did a total home exclusion and did a great job sealing our outside roof and outer premises from any rodents getting in.
Jensen was awesome. He communicated his arrival time and came when he said he would.. He was considerate when he asked about shoe coverings and about vacuuming up the particles that fell from the attic. He listened when I pointed out specific things and made sure the job was done the way I asked. He worked hard and was very thorough. I was impressed.
Urban Pest Control is the best! I've tried numerous other Pest services - they are all sub-par to Urban Pest. The chemicals they use work! Plus all chemicals are safe for people and pets and they don't stink. They always notify you, communications are great and they show up on time! I highly recommend them!!!
Mike F. was great with the rodent inspection for roof rats at my house. After the inspection he even set a couple traps at the attic hatch in the interim before the team could come out to do the more extensive rodent control and house sealing in a couple days. He really went above and beyond when I came home and…
Michael was very thorough and helpful, and respectful of our property
The technician was very thorough and did a good job cleaning the cobwebs, spraying for pests and putting out rodent traps.
Everyone I've talked with has been incredibly nice - from scheduling, to inspection, to the actual pest control. Having dogs, a cat, aquariums, and vivariums, Nathan was very accommodating and respectful to the needs of our house. 10/10!
I had been seeing more crickets and a couple of baby scorpions which I found out are worse than the adult ones! I called in Urban Desert who as always came out and Juan did an outstanding job with the spray and glue boards, thank you Urban!
Dallin our technician calls ahead of time and always arrives on time. He provides excellent and thorough service. Dallin goes above and beyond and helps to control the wasps in and around our yard! We have trusted and used Urban Desert pest control for many years and would not use anyone else! Thank you Urban Pest Control for proving excellent service!

We are beyond thrilled with the care that these folks take to assure that we get that service we need. We’re not the most easy-going people on the planet, particularly when rats are involved. And they have treated us beautifully-from the supervisors, to the technicians, to the schedulers and office staff. One other…
We absolutely love urban desert pest control. We have been living here about a year now, so we were very shocked by all the scorpions, roaches and rodents we would have around and near our new home. Christian came yesterday and was prompt, very courteous, and very knowledgeable. He made me feel completely confident…

Alec was friendly and efficient. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and how the process would work.
Love these guys. The owner, Chad, is a stone-cold expert when it comes to pests (I think he's been doing it for 20+ years). Had another pest company out that looked around for an hour before trying to convince me I had "roof rats" coming in via power lines. Took Chad about two minutes to explain why that was…
Urban Desert Pest Company is the best pest control company that I’ve used so far. My technician, Bobby Campbell, is professional, thorough and thoughtful. He lets me know when he’s 15-20 minutes from my house and sends me a written report after he’s finished. The products he uses eliminates or controls the pests,…

Tony was the tech who came to our home. He called to make sure we would be home and it was OK for him to come now. He was on time per the schedule. He sprayed the inside and outside of our home. He sprayed the perimeter too. Then he cleaned off all of the cob webs around the house. I was impressed with his…
Bobby is the man! He shows up exactly when he says he will, he explains every part of his service, does not try to up-charge or sell anything more than you are asking for, wears sanitary booties in your house without being asked, and makes sure everything is pet friendly. Could not ask for anything more from him!
