Great service from Tony. Arrived on time, answered any questions & did excellent work.
I have been using Urban Desert Pest Control since earlier this summer and have been really happy with the quality of the service! If there is a recurrence of insects after the first 60 days (for the initial treatment to take effect) they have come back for interim treatment outside of my usual service. They provide…
Tony did an excellent service at my house.
Just had our house serviced by Dallin of Urban Desert Pest control. His attention to detail is outstanding and communication is excellent. He insured that everything was addressed. I would highly recommend Urban Desert and Dallin Mortensen
Bobby is very willing to help in anyway possible. He takes photos of the issue at hand and anything else that’s not suppose to be there like black willow spiders. He captures and disposes unwanted critters. He makes sure he understands the issues completely and addresses them in detail. He’s just happy to help and…
Excellent service, pricing, people, expertise and overall business. Termite treatment was very fairly priced, team was great on communication and really took the time during initial consult to fully explain everything. I can't name one thing they could have done better throughout my experience this week, so thank you!!!
Urban Pest Control is the best! I've tried numerous other Pest services - they are all sub-par to Urban Pest. The chemicals they use work! Plus all chemicals are safe for people and pets and they don't stink. They always notify you, communications are great and they show up on time! I highly recommend them!!!
Great Service and very Professional! I would definitely recommend Urban Desert Pest Control!
Michael was very thorough and helpful, and respectful of our property
Nathan was simply awesome for my first service at my Mom’s house, and this company has serviced my home multiple times. I’d highly recommend them for termite or general pest control. If I could have given ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would have!
I have been very pleased with the service I received from Urban Desert Pest Control since I signed up. I spoke directly with the owner before becoming a customer and very much appreciated the information he provided, and the promise that his company would provide an excellent service for a great price. I have found…
Mike and Brian arrived pretty much on schedule, backup on freeway from Chandler to Buckeye, ugh. Mike inspected my home for termites, inside and out. Inside was judged free of termites, outside remnants of mud tubes. Pricing was on par for treatment of termites and we scheduled the treatment for the following day.…
Efficient, timely, knowledgeable and helpful. Great service.
I hired this company to do a one-time termite treatment. We started with a free whole home inspection to ensure that the termites were limited to the patio where I had discovered them. Treatment was able to be scheduled for the very next day. I had them treat the entire perimeter of the house. The technicians were…
Alex is friendly and informative. Works hard and does a great job! Highly recommend.
Our tech Bobby is AMAZING!! He is always polite and very nice! He does an exceptional job making sure everything is done right. I haven't seen a bug in my house in a very very long time! Thanks Bobby for being AWESOME!
We found some signs of termites and called Urban Desert for an inspection and recommendations for a solution. Mike came out and suggested a solution that was reasonably priced and should solve our termite issues. He also worked with our schedule to ensure we had timely service. Tony came out to do the service. He…
Kyle with urban pest control is amazing! From the inspection and evaluation of our property to the implementation Kyle was an amazing communicator and dedicated to our project. Our home was recently constructed and our builder didn’t implement any sealing for scorpions, rodents or termites. Fortunately for us Kyle…
Very professional and very pleasant to work with, recommend 10 out of 10 and Ryan was very nice and knowledgeable.
After discovering a termite tube in our home (eeww!) we've contacted Urban Desert for a free Termite inspection. Jason came out to perform the service and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He identified our issues and presented us with a few options for treatment. Since the estimate was…
