Ian was on time, courteous, considerate and well spoken. He explained what he was doing and efficiently completed the job. We gave 7-10 days to see if the product works as well as Ian does!😁
I have been using Urban Desert Pest Control since earlier this summer and have been really happy with the quality of the service! If there is a recurrence of insects after the first 60 days (for the initial treatment to take effect) they have come back for interim treatment outside of my usual service. They provide…

Nathan at Urban Desert did an excellent and thorough job treating our home. Very happy with this service.
The job had to be split into two visits due to the weather, but everything that could be completed was done. The service was for tarantula and pest control in Arizona, and the work was handled professionally.

The success of any business lies within its employees. Since we have had Urban desert, we started with Robert and then Bobby took over our pest control. Robert was fantastic and so is Bobby. Because of Bobby's service we would not think of going anywhere else! What a great employee!!

Robert with Urban Desert is the Best! Always friendly, always handles all the bugs that show up (which has not been many since he has taken over our pest management) and is over the top when it comes to keeping our dogs safe. HIGHLY recommend him!
Michael was very thorough and informative. He sprayed interior, exterior, spread granules outside and left glue boxes for garage. Wore shoe covers inside. Very happy with the service.

Great service and feel assured I made the right choice in choosing Urban Desert Pest for my pest control needs.
Urban Pest Control is the best! I've tried numerous other Pest services - they are all sub-par to Urban Pest. The chemicals they use work! Plus all chemicals are safe for people and pets and they don't stink. They always notify you, communications are great and they show up on time! I highly recommend them!!!
Robert addressed the issue I was having and was extremely thorough. He observed a possible termite issue and explained it to me in detail. We will have them come and conduct a termite inspection asap. Robert was professional and friendly. Definitely recommend this company.

Nathan was simply awesome for my first service at my Mom’s house, and this company has serviced my home multiple times. I’d highly recommend them for termite or general pest control. If I could have given ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would have!
