Nathan did an excellent job explaining how my new experience with Urban will work. Thank you, Nathan.
In addition to his regular bi-monthly extermination services, Ryan did a great job of finding wasp nests and eliminating them. I would highly recommend Urban Desert Pest Control and Ryan.
Michael was very nice and from what I see he did a thorough job spraying.
Bobby came to our home right on time, was extremely kind, professional and thorough with explaining everything he was going to be doing, took his time with spraying our home inside & out, explained what we can expect in the coming days/weeks after this initial treatment, what to do if we see more insects, etc, and…
Devyn with Urban Desert Pest Control was prompt, attentive and great at listening to our pest management needs. Happy to have him!
Devan was great!!! He noticed some wasp nests and got rid of them for us! He does a great job for us!
Excellent service as always, pests have been a thing of thing past since we brought in Tony and Urban Desert!
Bobby has treated our home for some time now and has always done an EXCELLENT JOB!! He is trustworthy and will go out of his way to make sure no pest is left behind, lol. He is pleasant and listens; checking everything to make sure nothing has been missed. Thank you, Bobby!!

Tony R. is one of the most conscientious technicians that we've ever had servicing our property. For the 1st couple of years here in Surprise, we couldn't go bare foot for fear of stepping on a scorpian, (terrible pain), but with Tony and Urban Desert P.C. the creepy little bugs have moved on! Many thanks Tony, you're the best in the business!!
Same great service and a great reason to continue using Urban Pest Control! Alex was again prompt, taking care of the wasps nest in my rosemary bush and taking care of the ants and little jumping spiders that happily hang out in my back yard! Thank you Alex & Urban Pest Control!
Robert Nelson does an amazing job of explaining all products used and what to watch for! All stars for him and his team! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
Bobby is an A+ employee and always goes above and beyond with my pest control!
Bobby is the man! He shows up exactly when he says he will, he explains every part of his service, does not try to up-charge or sell anything more than you are asking for, wears sanitary booties in your house without being asked, and makes sure everything is pet friendly. Could not ask for anything more from him!
I utilized Urban Pest Control for services at both my residence and my father's, and I found their performance to be exceptional. The technician who visited my home was notably personable and well-informed. I was initially referred by a colleague, and I have since recommended their services to my sister-in-law,…
My husband and I moved here in 2021 and acquired services of Urban Desert Pest Control. The representative, Tony Ramirez was sent and has been an awesome service technician. Great communication about the time he would be there. Went over and above to get rid of a wasps nest and some black widow spiders!! Thank you!
We just started using Urban Desert Pest Control, after their great reviews, we decided to schedule a pest control in our home and Jeremy Miller arrived today and was very friendly and explained everything that he was going to do and he took care of our exterior, interior and our garage. Thank you Jeremy for the work that you do.
When I decided to change my pest control company, I did a lot of research and chose Urban Pest Control. To start, I gave them our most difficult pest management problem - roof rats in the crawl space above the ceiling. After 10 years of on-again off-again problems, they identified the entry points missed by my…
Jeff is always here on time and does great 👍 work
Urban Desert Pest Control - and especially our tech Tommy Arthur - do an exceptional job keeping our home clear of wasps, scorpions and other pests that will sting or bite us. Highly recommended.
Tony Ramirez is always professional and he works to make things around our house and property. He is a great representative for DP
Bobby is the best! Friendly and polite. Makes sure everything is in order at each visit. Helps educate us on all things pest related. Highly recommend asking for him!
Tony at Urban Desert is the best. I've never had to ask him to come back out between scheduled visits like I have with other services. He hits every corner. I have never had pests in the house or infestations outside. Highly recommend Urban Desert and Ask for Tony!!!
Ryan truly is the ABSOLUTE BEST! He acknowledges any concerns I have and takes the time to make sure everything is taken care of. I couldn’t recommend them more!
Alex was great!!!
Great company, very professional, and thorough. The technician, Tony, was very personable and did a great job inside and outside our home. Would highly recommend him!
Awesome company! Have had monthly service for over a year and half. Tony, the technician is amazing! We thoroughly trust him to service our home, even when we cannot be there for service. I just recently started using Urban Desert Pest Control for quarterly, preventative service and I’m so happy with my decision. A rat infestation was discovered in my neighborhood, so I called Urban Desert to make sure my home was protected and unaffected. While surveying my home, a live yellow jacket nest, in a…
I've used Urban Pest Control for 3 years now, they've treated my house for scorpions, camel spiders, and termites. I've worked with the owner Brad, his son Dax, and today with Bryce. I cannot express to you how detailed, professional, and caring this organization is. I am always impressed with the quality of work,…
Our technician Jim was personable and knowledgeable, taking the time to show us around to potential points of entry throughout the home. The service was thorough and helped take care of the little critter issues we were having. We have found our pest service!
I completely trust Urban Desert for all of my pest control needs. I used them when I lived down in Laveen with family and Jeremy was excellent. When I moved to central Phoenix I decided to continue using them and I am thrilled with their service. They are on time and professional. Every time a problem creeps up…
