I have been using Urban Desert Pest Control since earlier this summer and have been really happy with the quality of the service! If there is a recurrence of insects after the first 60 days (for the initial treatment to take effect) they have come back for interim treatment outside of my usual service. They provide…
Michael was very nice and from what I see he did a thorough job spraying.
Best ever, really detailed.
Bobby is very willing to help in anyway possible. He takes photos of the issue at hand and anything else that’s not suppose to be there like black willow spiders. He captures and disposes unwanted critters. He makes sure he understands the issues completely and addresses them in detail. He’s just happy to help and…
Urban Pest Control is the best! I've tried numerous other Pest services - they are all sub-par to Urban Pest. The chemicals they use work! Plus all chemicals are safe for people and pets and they don't stink. They always notify you, communications are great and they show up on time! I highly recommend them!!!
Great service. Would totally recommend . Our tech was awesome, friendly and thorough.
Strong work. Thorough and accommodating.
Michael was prompt, professional and did an excellent job.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service! Tony with Urban Desert is absolutely terrific! He is always professional, friendly, and thorough. He makes sure to treat the entire foundation, perimeter of our home, as well as the yard, and he never rushes through the job. What really sets him apart is that he always checks in to see…
We’ve been new residents and customers for a few months now and you know it’s a sign of their worth when the owner answers the phone on your first call and takes the time to explain processes, procedures, service options, and provides great advice to new residents. From the friendly office staff to our dedicated and…
We’ve been using Urban Desert Pest Control for years. Today was our first service with Michael and he did an outstanding job. He was super thorough and friendly. Great work, Michael and Urban Pest Control!
Tommy did my house today and he was amazing. He explained the process very well and I knew what to expect. He was efficient and really made sure all of my concerns and spiderwebs were taken care of. 11/10 service.
I had my initial visit from Urban desert pest control today. I was impressed with the upfront disclosure of everything that would be done. Of course, I need to give it a little time to see what the results are, but I have no reason to believe that anything will be different than what they represented. Good…
I was dealing with cockroaches, spiders, and ants in the house from being gone for a few months. It was so easy to get an appointment scheduled and they came out the next day. Boston arrived on time and was so respectful, kind, and informative on what he was doing to treat the problem! Also happy to hear that the…
