I have been using Urban Desert Pest Control since earlier this summer and have been really happy with the quality of the service! If there is a recurrence of insects after the first 60 days (for the initial treatment to take effect) they have come back for interim treatment outside of my usual service. They provide…
Our service man (Jack L.) came out to handle mosquitoes and he did an excellent job!
Michael was very nice and from what I see he did a thorough job spraying.
Been using Urban Desert for 2 months now and very happy with the service. Their product is very effective and their custo.er service is pretty top notch. Highly recommend them.
Urban Pest Control is the best! I've tried numerous other Pest services - they are all sub-par to Urban Pest. The chemicals they use work! Plus all chemicals are safe for people and pets and they don't stink. They always notify you, communications are great and they show up on time! I highly recommend them!!!
Boston did a great job! Showed up on time, was very communicative and friendly.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service! Tony with Urban Desert is absolutely terrific! He is always professional, friendly, and thorough. He makes sure to treat the entire foundation, perimeter of our home, as well as the yard, and he never rushes through the job. What really sets him apart is that he always checks in to see…
Let me start by saying that at the end of my service Nathan brought my trash can in from the street! I didn’t ask, he just brought it in! Communication was incredible, he actually looked for cobwebs around the house (other companies say they will and then never do), he was polite, courteous, and did a great job! I’m…

We’ve loved having James as our tech for the last four years—he always went the extra mile. Since he’s moved on, we met Devyn today, and he was fantastic. He really listened to what matters to us, especially keeping pest control effective while still being mindful of Mother Nature. He totally got it and did a great…
Devyn was right on time and answered my questions about spraying versus baiting for mosquitoes. We feel good about the decisions we made with the information he provided. Good manner, well groomed, well-spoken. We are a return customer with Urban Desert and this experience reinforced that first impression. I have…

Nathan is great. Always has solutions to any type of problem that comes up with bugs in our house. He is very professional and always nice to chat with. We really appreciate him and all urban desert pest does for us. Highly recommend their services.
Bobby is the man! He shows up exactly when he says he will, he explains every part of his service, does not try to up-charge or sell anything more than you are asking for, wears sanitary booties in your house without being asked, and makes sure everything is pet friendly. Could not ask for anything more from him!
