This was a great experience very nice and clean and my therapist was very nice and she really helped my shoulders.. Thank you!!
Very relaxing
Truly one of the best massages I have ever had! I will definitely be returning in the future.
The head spa and massage were both great.
I visited Urban Oasis for a 90-minute massage that my daughter purchased for me as a birthday gift, costing over $100. Unfortunately, what should have been a relaxing and enjoyable experience turned into one of the most uncomfortable and disappointing massages I’ve ever received. My biggest concern was the…
Great massage, very thorough, no lasting pain, and snacks at the end! Affordable too!
This place is amazing! Great service, and you feel like a new person afterwards.
I highly recommend Urban Oasis Head Spa & Massage. The staff is very friendly and the whole environment is very soothing from the start. They provide you with cute slippers and a dressing gown, and the changing room is bright and clean. As for my massage I have absolutely no complaints! I came in for a deep tissue…
Very good massage and they people were soo nice to me ! 😍😍my first time going ! They even give you a little snack plate afterwards and they give you slippers to wear prior to getting a massage. The kindness is why I’ll rate it a 9.5/10!

Overall this was a nice first experience for a head spa and message. I wasn’t always sure where to go and when, but the staff helped me. I recommend the scalp detox treatment.
It was a great experience, and very similar to a spa experience ive had before. I got the 60 min and they paid attention to every part. They also provided free scented oils, and did the hot stones and hot towel. I will definitely be back
This review is not meant to discourage anyone from booking; I simply want to share my experience. Overall, the massage itself was excellent—I'd rate it 10/10. However, there were a few aspects of the experience that I did not enjoy: 1. A female therapist started my massage, but midway through, a male therapist…
This was a great experience. I had a 1 hour foot massage. The water temperature was great, the massage was very relaxing. Very clean and organized facility will be returning soon..
Great first experience!
I took my husband for his birthday. We had a couple’s massage. They played the “Happy Birthday” song for him. After the excellent massage, they had a treat for him as well. They are very patient and caring when providing services. I recommend 10/10 and will be returning!
It was my birthday they went and got me a ice cake after the massage, great customer service great massage
Absolutely amazing experience!! Be sure to make an appointment because this place is going to be rocking!! So luxurious and so many sweet touches to make it special. It's more than just a massage it's an experience!! But one you can fit in on a lunch hour or a Saturday afternoon.
Absolutely best message I’ve had in Memphis. They even allowed us to do a couple messages. We did the 90 min body. Definitely recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was a fantastic place to unwind and relax. The service was exceptional, and I’ll definitely be returning.

First time ever getting a massage. The staff was very nice and explained everything well for a newcomer. Dressing room and message areas were very clean. My wife and I got the 60 minute full body message and we both enjoyed it. Were excited to try the scalpe message, we've heard very good things about it.
Has a fabulous experience. The most traditional Asian head spa experience in the city. Definitely recommend and will be back!
I rarely write reviews, but while traveling through the area with my family today—after a truly exhausting drive—my wife found this spa online, so we decided to give it a try. It’s a newly opened spot with a fantastic atmosphere; they even have a projection setup that my wife really liked. I had a scalp and body…
