30 dollars over the common hourly rate almost anywhere in Memphis. Can drive a mile down the street. Get a great a massage for much less money or hassle.

Kat, it’s wonderful to hear that your therapist made a real difference with your shoulders and that you found the space both clean and welcoming. We’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to the team member who helped you. Knowing you had such a positive experience means a lot to us!

Unfortunately, we felt very neglected and unwelcomed upon entry. The gentleman at the front did not smile or speak to my wife and I with any regard.
I take accountability for the delay on our appointment. We got bad directions and made it 10 minutes late (1230p appt), to which we would've happily paid full price for the remaining time + tip. I also called in advance once we realized our directions and bad traffic would delay us.
The massage therapist was disgustingly rude with her responses and highly dismissive. She would not answer a single question I had due to her frustration.
We are not confrontational and this energy was completely unsettling and disrespectful. That energy will never be laid on any of our bodies, especially on a good day. Thank God they showed me this before we ever went to the back. It was only for 1 of us to be massaged.
I feel terribly for my wife, who this massage was for. This will not ruin her day! I am utterly disgusted at this treatment and could only help but wonder if this had more to do with something othe than our delay. This is just poor customer service exemplified. We would certainly have paid full price, tipped, rescheduled or whatever was required. None of these things were kindly made available to us without rude responses.
We will never return here and anyone I know will be turned away to ensure they are not treated with such disrespect.
I hope everyone who comes here has a different experience. God bless!

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience with the front desk and the massage therapist, especially given your efforts to communicate the delay. It’s disappointing that you felt dismissed and unwelcome, as that’s never the impression we want to leave. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve how we handle similar situations in the future.
