Omg book now!! I got their Warm and Restore ritual, which included a massage, head spa, and gua sha. It was AMAZING! Very conveniently located, fairly priced, and a lovely little space. 10/10, definitely coming back!

They start you off with a lovely foot scrub and a welcome drink, then finish with “tea time,” where you enjoy tea and a macaron before leaving. Such thoughtful touches! I booked with Grace, and she was amazing! She was so patient and kind, explained each step, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. Her hands were incredibly soft, and her massage pressure was perfectly firm. I’ve never felt so taken care of, relaxed, and pampered. I can’t wait to come back!
Payal, what a beautiful review — thank you! I'm so glad the whole package hit the spot, from the foot scrub and welcome drink to tea time with a macaron. And I'll make sure Grace sees this — "perfectly firm" pressure and the softest hands, she'll be beaming. Can't wait to have you back!
Wonderful spa. Relaxing, quiet, and they go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your service. They make you feel like royalty!
Cyyonna, "feel like royalty" is exactly what we go for! So happy you felt relaxed and looked after. Thank you for the lovely words!
Incredible service, beautiful space and amazing treatments. Truly an oasis!
Thank you, Camille! "Truly an oasis" — you just made our day. That's the feeling we want everyone to leave with.
This hidden oasis in the middle of the city was a mini-getaway in the middle of a work trip (within walking distance of the conference center and major hotels). I recommend the sensitive skin care treatment as a gentle refresher, so there is no redness going into meetings the next day. The esthetician was welcoming and kind. I will definitely return on my next work trip. Update: I recently tried the antioxidant acne treatment, which was thorough and relatively painless, and my skin looked much clearer after and healthier since.
Alicia, thank you for spending part of your work trip with us! We love hearing Urban Oasis felt like a little getaway in the middle of the city. We’re especially glad the Sensitive Skin treatment gave you the gentle refresh you were looking for before your meetings the next day. Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful recommendation with other travelers as well. We’ll be happy to welcome you back on your next trip to Philadelphia!
