We used Urban Tailz for our dog Oakley for years while we lived in the city and always had a great experience.
Oakley can be a little reactive around other dogs, so it was really important to us to have walkers who understood that, took the time to learn her habits, and let her get comfortable with them. Every walker we worked with did exactly that, and we always felt like she was in good hands.
They were also incredibly reliable. If our regular walker was ever unavailable, Urban Tailz was almost always able to find someone else to fill in, which made things so much easier for us.
Great people, dependable service, and a team that genuinely takes the time to get to know your dog. We’d absolutely recommend Urban Tailz!

We especially love the detailed communication we receive every day. It’s so helpful to get real-time updates on when Athena arrives and leaves, including a GPS map of the exact route they took. The daily report—letting us know about potty breaks, how well-behaved she was, and the treats she received—is such a thoughtful touch. Plus, getting 3–5 photos after every walk is always the highlight of our workday!
We always know Shasta is in the best hands possible. If you’re looking for a reliable, tech-forward, and caring dog walking service, we can't recommend Urban Tailz enough.
