Horrible experience. No redeeming qualities. Do not use this service!
We used Urban Tailz for our dog Oakley for years while we lived in the city and always had a great experience. Oakley can be a little reactive around other dogs, so it was really important to us to have walkers who understood that, took the time to learn her habits, and let her get comfortable with them. Every…
Urban Tailz has been an excellent dog walking service for us. All their staff is so sweet and patient with our dog, and they are great with special requests. Management is also wonderful and accommodating. Would recommend their services!
Kathryn and I can’t say enough good things about Urban Tailz, and specifically our walker, Athena. Leaving our dog, Shasta, in someone else's hands can be stressful, but Athena’s professionalism and the business's transparency put us completely at ease while we’re at work. We especially love the detailed…
As someone that has worked in the pet care industry, I am very selective about who I trust my dogs with, and I HIGHLY recommend Urban Tailz! They’re very thorough with the onboarding process. They’re highly responsive and excellent with communication. They are also very accommodating to my particular requests and my dogs’ quirks.
We've been using UT for 6+ years and they are fantastic. Great flexibility and support via the app, which I love. The report after each walk is amazing. Both of our rescue pups were/are tricky to walk, and the walkers have been professional and able to handle them.
Urban Tailz has been great to work with. They're professional, reliable, and as flexible as they can be. I recommend them to everyone who needs help with their pets.
They have been wonderful! Been using urban tailz for many years and I highly recommend. Great at handling both challenging dogs and senior dogs. Always able to accommodate all my requests. Very dependable and quality walkers who are trained!
I’ve been using this company for 4–5 years (maybe longer), and they have been consistently wonderful. One of the things I appreciate most is their effort to keep your dog’s walker consistent—something that makes a huge difference for both the dog and the owner. Over the years, I’ve had three regular walkers, and…
