For mother’s day I brought my mom to Victoria to get her permanent make up done . Victoria paid attention to detail and was careful to make the procedure as pain free as possible. My mother is satisfied with the service :) and is loving her new shaped brows . I tried the brow lamination and was also happy with the results. 😊
