Honestly I don't know how you got five stars you don't deserve one star with your response. Requested a quote for carpet repair. All I got one question from them do you have picture. And after that was radio silence. One star is too much for you

Hello it was 21 minutes for you to write a 1 star review from our last email that we ask for a picture. Sorry we could only give you a estimate with either you calling and describing the repair or a picture. We wont give you a price with just guessing the work that needs to be done. I am so impressed with Valley Carpet Repair! I called yesterday about a carpet issue in my dad’s room, and they were out the very next morning—such a fast response! They repaired a slit in the carpet that had clearly been there since the carpet was originally installed, and they also secured the loose transition areas where the carpet meets the tile in two bedrooms. The results look great! Valley Carpet is friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure I was happy with the repair before they left. I truly appreciate the quick service and excellent workmanship!
