We had Carlos and Austin come help us move our heavy furniture back into place after having our house recarpeted. They were FANTASTIC! Not only were they able to move a couch (with two motorized recliners) that I thought would take four people, but they also easily moved all the rest of the furniture we needed to…
This move of our belongings by VCM from Ketchum ID to San Marcos, CA (1,000 miles) went flawlessly. From the pickup of our items from storage in Ketchum on 09/30/26 through their delivery to our home in Southern California 5 days later. The communication was great throughout the process, and our belonging made…
Efficient, friendly and caring. We used Valley Moving for a local move in Middleton, ID. Not surprisingly, we had more household stuff than expected. The crew called in 2 extra workers and they unloaded quickly and with care for your property. They knew we had fresh paint and went out if their way to not bump…
Fast, friendly, and careful movers! Went very smoothly.
This company was excellent. They were professional, hard working and motivated to get the move done. They took great care of my antiques. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing moving services.
They communicated their arrival time, were on on time and great to work with. I recommend them!
Scheduling was very easy- the receptionist sent over a quote to my email, if I liked it I was able to “accept” the quote and then it was scheduled. The men showed up on time, they were kind & professional. I would definitely use this company again!
Excellent movers! They picked up some chairs that I had purchased from a shop in Ketchum, Idaho and moved them to Seattle for me, consolidating them with another move. My chairs arrived on time, in great shape and the driver was communicative and cheerful! Their pricing was also better than any other company,…
The team did a great job of moving some heavy furniture for me, they were very fast and were extremely careful not to damage anything.
A crew from VCM loaded and unloaded a 26' U-Haul. I couldn't be more pleased! Crew was on time, polite, worked hard, and completed the task under estimate. Specific thanks to the guys who helped on both sides of the move. Austin, Fabian, Conner, and Carlos.
This is my second time using this company to move. I requested the same mover men as the first time, and the company gave them to me. This shows the company cares about their clients comfort and peace of mind. They were personable, kind, quick, and capable of moving my furniture out of a difficult spot with a…
Quick to respond with a quote, timely, courteous, and worked efficiently at all levels of contact.
The easiest moving experience I’ve ever dealt with. We moved from California to Idaho. They came and moved everything with ease and even delivered early. One of our desks we couldn’t move and they took their time to disassemble it and bring it up. If i move again, I will only be using them.
Had a wonderful experience with needing a very large contents of my home moved , they were wonderful and made a very stressful situation less stressful! Highly recommend
I have hired Valley Custom Moving on many occasions for various types of moving services, from picking up and delivering a single furniture item to full service interstate moving. They have always done a complete and professional job, with good communication and customer relations. I’m so glad I found them. Highly recommend!
Had to change my 5 star review to a 1, waiting for staff to call me back.
Super great scheduling team and the delivery crew as well. Needed items moved from Boise to McCall and some stuff back from McCall to Boise. Worked with Valley Custom Moving without issue. The crew showed up on time, were kind and professional, and did a great job!
The best moving experience ever! Great communication prior to and during our move. Fast, efficient, and responsive to our requests.
