I hired Valley Plumbing NW after a different service could not figure out what was wrong, and boy am I glad I did. Valley Plumbing was responsive, professional, and, most importantly, they found the problem with my tankless hot water heater and finally fixed it! It runs great now and I'll absolutely hire them again…

He kept me updated with his arrival time and was able to diagnose and fix the issue on the same visit. We have worked with him many times before and he is always honest, professional and polite.

Frankie came early on the hottest day of the year and first fixed my wife’s pot fill faucet to her standards and that’s hard to do. After that task he started working on my gas line and plumbing it in correctly and stayed late to get as much done as he could.
