Brought my car in to have the AC looked at. Kevin was great, so knowledge and very friendly. He kept me up to date on what was happening the entire time, as the process took a little while. In general, the staff was super nice, I was welcomed in by Raul who was just as nice as Kevin!! It was a great experience at Valvoline today!

First-class treatment, quick service, friendly employees. I've saved a ton of money on additional services that would cost a lot more at the dealer (or another service center). I've been going to them for over 20 years and I have never had a negative experience (and that includes the Medford, Arlington, Lynn and Norwood locations).
