The gentlemen were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They took my concerns seriously and communicated clearly. My cabin air filter was embarrassingly filthy. The Technician put my at ease by sharing a story about his Mom having the same problem. They worked quickly and methodically on that very hot and humid day.

My first visit to this location I was assisted by a lovely and professional person. Unfortunately, my experience during my second visit was the exact opposite. I was taken aback at the unprofessional behavior of the staff. To make it even worse, my attendant expressed some racist remarks that truly appalled me. Needless to say, they’ve lost my business.

First-class treatment, quick service, friendly employees. I've saved a ton of money on additional services that would cost a lot more at the dealer (or another service center). I've been going to them for over 20 years and I have never had a negative experience (and that includes the Medford, Arlington, Lynn and Norwood locations).
