Customers frequently praise Van Wert Glass for rapid turnaround times, often completing windshield replacements within a few hours, and for offering competitive pricing compared to other providers. Staff are described as friendly, professional, and communicative, with many reviewers noting that appointments were met on schedule. However, one low-star review alleges that vehicle damage occurred during a rear window replacement and was not acknowledged by the shop, while another criticizes the lack of transparency regarding whether a repair or replacement was performed.

Fantastic service. I stopped in after a rock broke my windshield driving. They diagnosed it right away, I turned in the claim, and we had an appointment set for a few days out. Day of appointment they were prompt, helpful, and my new windshield looks great! Thank you for making a stressful situation a lot easier!
