Velvet Green Organic Lawn Care

This is my first year, came highly recommended very happy so far

They've done their first applications, and it already looks a 1000 times better great job.Thank you!

Before engaging Velvet Green, for years I maintained my lawn myself using off the shelf products from the big box stores and the lawn was always mediocre. When I engaged Velvet Green, they did a soil analysis of the lawn and considered it's needs in their recommended treatment plan. Now, the lawn is actually healthy and looks great!

Great job Kane!

They do a great job and my grass is so much better and looking good. Love they don’t use toxic chemicals.

Velvet Green has been great. They are always prompt and keep my yard looking great.

Great service and good work by James!

Excellent service friendly and knowledgeable

2024 I wanted to update my review from last time. I have included a picture of the front lawn as well. This is my grass in July of 2024 even after the 2 weeks of 100 degree heat we had. I couldn't be happier with the results and I have recommended Velvet Green to everyone who has asked how I do it. ~2022 My lawn… Read full review

We have been serviced by Velvet Green for a few years now. The turn around in our lawn from a past of chemical after chemical, to an organic solution has been great. Our lawn is lush and tolerates the extremes of New England weather very well. We couldn’t be happier. Velvet Green’s results speak for themself, as… Read full review

Great communication.

Very patient and accommodating and willing to go above and beyond if you are not satisfied with the service or results.

Our lawn has never looked better! The team at Velvet Green is very responsive, always lets us know when they will be coming, which service they will be performing & gives us feedback about how our lawn is doing after every visit. I would highly recommend them.

The team at Velvet Green has been great. I had a service in prior years with a different company but needed something safer for my dog and family and these folks were perfect. My lawn actually looks the best it ever has and is done safely, They are very responsive to any questions but still offer modern features… Read full review

This is my first season with Velvet Green and I couldn't be more happy with them. They answer my calls and emails right away and care about their work. I recently had my lawn aerated/over-seeded and top dressed, the guys that came out were so professional, they made sure every inch of the grass was aerated and made… Read full review

This was my second season with these guys and I’m thrilled. I’ve worked with several similar companies spanning 15+ years, and I think/hope I’ve found a long-term solution. They combine a perfect blend of efficiency, high-end products, competitive pricing and superior customer service that is really tough to find. Well done, Velvet Green!

This is the first year that we have used Velvet Green for our lawn. The results were amazing. Then large patches of the lawn turned brown. Mike came by to check it out and pulled out all the stops to bring back the lush appearance that we were looking to achieve. Fortunately, with some extra TLC, our lawn is now a… Read full review

I am 💯 satisfied with Velvet Green. My lawn has never looked better. Tom Johnson and his team are top notch. I am always informed when they will be servicing the lawn and notified again after the service is complete. This level of communication is rarely seen and greatly appreciated. And I love that the products are all organic and pet-friendly!!

We can't recommend Tom and the team at Velvet Green enough. When we bought our house in 2019 the lawn was a essentially a dirt patch with very sparse grass growth. In a relatively short period of time the team at Velvet Green has helped transform it into to a lush, full and resilient lawn. The over seeding with… Read full review

Best lawn care I've had in 35 years as a homeowner. High quality service and extremely responsive.

I work with Velvet Green from a supplier aspect and they are always professional and attentive. If you choose Velvet Green, just know you are working with a company that has a great reputation on both sides of the coin, for customers and suppliers. I couldn’t recommend them more.

I was unsure where and who to work with for my lawn care and Velvet Green Lawn Care was the perfect choice! With a dog at home and a front, back and side yard we needed to be sure whatever maintenance was performed would be pet friendly - and Velvet green did not disappoint! They are organic, trusted and professional. Highly recommend!

I use Velvet Green's organic tick and mosquito control when the season calls for it. It works great! I am happy I can send my dogs out into the yard and not worry about them getting ticks. They also send a text message and email the day before the come for any service.

Velvet green made my lawn as green as ever. When I had them seed in the fall, all my bare spots went away. It was the best looking lawn in the neighborhood. Highly professional employees and great prices also. I highly recommend.

I have been using Velvet Green Lawncare for a few years now and their service, both landscaping and customer service, are completely unparalleled. If you don’t have the time or the desire to take care of your own grounds, this is the crew to do it. You won’t regret it.

During this past Season I began using Velvet Green. To say I was impressed is an understatement. My lawn looks amazing after years of trying to fertilize myself. It began to change right away and by the end of the season it looked great! I also had them apply the tick/mosquito application and for the first time in… Read full review
