I was referred to Noah for some pre-surgical postural work and I was amazed by the level of care I received. Noah is attentive, caring, and encouraging as much as he is knowledgable about his work. He is dedicated to tailoring therapy to his patients' needs and goals; I could not recommend him enough. Thank you Noah for helping me in my pre-surg journey!

After suffering for 1.5 years with chronic hip pain after a hiking injury, I decided to try a new approach to my recovery plan. A friend had recommended Noah Book at VPT so I started meeting with Noah. Noah was a partner in my recovery plan and not a director. Knowing I had to put 100% effort into this process, Noah guided me through strengthening, stretching and being aware of the nuances of my body, leading to recovery. With Noah's guidance, and a lot of hard work on my end, in 4.5 months my issue was resolved! Noah truly was a fully vested partner in this recovery. Thank you Noah!

I cannot recommend Dr. Noah Book more highly to anyone looking for an insightful, effective, and integrative physical therapy experience. I received care for an injury and went from having pain while walking, to running a half marathon pain-free! The combination of Postural Restoration, functional range exercises, and other techniques created an extremely effective, holistic plan for healing injuries but also preventing future ones.

This is the perfect combination of traits to help people who are suffering from all of things associated with chronic issues. He has helped me feel more in control and equipped with the tools I need to manage my health day to day. When I am struggling, he is supporting and nurturing. As a chronic pain patient, physical therapy is part of my life. I’ve worked with many therapists and cannot recommend Noah highly enough. He is so personable and makes (what can be) a difficult process enjoyable, and somehow, fun! His encouraging nature makes things seem more possible, and he is a gifted teacher, always checking to be sure I remember the things he has taught. Beyond that, he follows-up, follows-through and is an excellent communicator. Absolutely recommend.

Noah is a phenomenal physical therapist - knowledgeable, effective and kind. He brings a warm, compassionate presence, curiosity and sense of humor to all of our interactions. He has extensive training in methods that target symptoms and their causes while also taking the balance and alignment of the full body into account. I credit him with my recovery from a ruptured L5-S1 disc. I also received feedback from an orthopedic surgeon that the work we did had caused miraculous improvement. In each phase of my healing process he provided highly effective exercises and manual therapy, as well as supportive advice on how to navigate a challenging medical situation. I recommend his work to everyone who wants to resolve pain and learn to move with greater balance, power, and ease.

Best of the best! Noah incorporates all of the current best practices and uses methods that work. He was key in helping me pre and post hip replacement surgery. I was in amazing condition for surgery and had a beautiful and quick pain-free recovery. He is one of few in our state incorporating FRS and it works!
