Excellent and top notch services received from the Vet Dr. Martinez, vet tech and Rosa at the front desk. Short wait, Fair, transparent pricing before any work started. Brought in both of my Doberman pinschers for their annual vaccines and wellness exams, and Rosa booked us on the same day appointment. Highly…
I love how friendly and knowledgeable the staff is. I appreciate the vet’s time in answering all of my questions and concerns.
I booked an appointment for my dog. The day of the appointment they called me at 8:00 am and I missed the call. I called back at 9:30, to learn they gave away my appointment saying it wasn’t confirmed in time. I guess you have to call the day of, right when they open, to tell them you will be at the appointment you said you would be at.
The people here are always polite and helpful.
Very kind ladies work here and took care of me and my great Dane easy to make an appointment and when I got here, they saw him immediately and took care of him right away. 10 of of 10 will definitely come back if we need to.
I brought my girl in for her rabies shot and a head to tail checkup so she could get some calming medication for the 4th. They day of she was in a little bit of a scruffle with another dog. They can get a little rough. I mentioned that a little before her appointment she got rough with anotherdog around her ear.…
Very kind and friendly. Explained everything in a way that made sense. They love their job and love the animals.

This place is the sweetest! I have two puppies. I brought one in for a dermatology consultation. It was her first time at any vet here in the U.S. and ALL the staff handled her (and me) with so much patience and care! They were very attentive and understanding of the previous living conditions she had before they…
Mentioned that my dog had a history of skin issues, mentioned medications hes taken in past but Dr insisted on ignoring this and prescribing medication that did nothing but waste my time and money then insist on charging me for a new visit to prescribe the same meds hes been taking .what a rip off!!

The staff was so kind and attentive to our needs. We just moved here and finding new care for your pet can be stressful. Our dog was so comfortable and calm with the staff, which speak volumes. We are very happy with our experience and will definitely return here for Bella’s care. Thank you again N. Decatur Vetco Team!
The vet was very nice and was very clear with her instructions for my dog’s care.
Kaylee was very helpful and knowledgeable. She had me laughing, but she was very cool while explaining the vaccination process. Taba was stressing me out with his stress, but she was holding us together. The entire ordeal turned out to be fun. Very good job Kaylee.
