I booked an appointment for my dog. The day of the appointment they called me at 8:00 am and I missed the call. I called back at 9:30, to learn they gave away my appointment saying it wasn’t confirmed in time. I guess you have to call the day of, right when they open, to tell them you will be at the appointment you said you would be at.

Staff is always friendly and to answer inquiries. I’ve been able to get my pets’ records sent to me easily if I need a copy. Scheduling is simple via the app or over the phone. My pets are treated well during their visits, I can trust that they will be taken care of
