Customers frequently praise the business for quick turnaround times, reasonable pricing, and friendly staff who successfully convert various analog formats like VHS, 8mm, and Super 8 to digital media. A recurring criticism involves unexpected additional fees, poor communication regarding job estimates, and instances where returned original media did not match the items submitted.

What I thought would take a week, took two days. Transfered an old VHS tape to a disc and thumb drive. More than reasonable price. Great service. Highly recommend.
Very quick turnaround on my 8mm reel and the quality is great. I would highly recommend going here to get your old tapes digitized!
Video Kitchen is NOT closed, they are STILL IN BUSINESS!! Google search says they closed in March 2026, but I just dropped off 10 vhs tapes and they are indeed OPEN for business either no plans to close anytime soon. They do a great job on converting all your media!!
Very pleasant experience today at Video Kitchen. Nice young lady helped me take a look at some old unmarked VHS tapes to see if they were important and then I left 6 VHS tapes to be copied to a flash drive and they were having a special price today. Seems like they can copy any kind of old media to a flash drive or send it electronically.
Best place EVER! Took all my old family videos (VHS Tapes ) and they put them on DVD. Even videos that I thought ,no way.
10/10! I dropped off two VHS tapes from 1987 of home videos, one of which was cut. Video Kitchen was able to repair the tape and convert everything from VHS to USB. Quick turn around time. I highly recommend!

Thank you!
VK recently helped me by copying a really old movie in a Blu-ray format for my son‘s seventh movie theater birthday party. This is, I’m sure, not a project that they normally consider their day job… But if I were looking at them, I would like to know that they took on small, quick projects just to make people’s lives better and easier. Thank you so much! You’re the MVP of his birthday:)
Thank you!
They went above and beyond for my 25th anniversary party. I put them on a tight crunch time and they delivered with out any issues. Wife was very happy with the quality of the video too. Happy wife happy life like they say. Thank you again for your help.
Yay! So glad to hear! It was a pleasure working with you, I enjoyed having some creative freedom:)

Thank you Anissa!
I've had a couple of things done here, most recently they converted a 70 yr old home movie. Fantastic job! I never dreamed it would come out so well. I'll never trust anything, movies, slides etc. to anyone else.
Yay! Thanks!
