I received service on the same day I called. The serviceman explained clearly what he was going to do and then did it expeditiously.

Thorough and helpful! Took time to advise on where to seal up some gaps to prevent further issues. We were recommended them by friends and will gladly recommend to others!

Technician arrived on schedule. He treated the areas needed. Hopefully, we will be free of carpenter bees for most of the summer(fingers crossed). Pricing for the service was reasonable, with no contract commitment necessary.

The guy arrived on time, and with a smile. Listened to me, then covered the problem areas that I mentioned, plus many more I had not idea about. It was a positive experience, recommend.

I used to kill four or five mice a month in my house. Since I have used Village Exterminators I have not seen one mouse. At my request they knock every month to make sure all is well inside the home. I’m very appreciative.

Arrived on time. Manny was professional and knowledgeable. Explained what he was going to do and completed the task thoroughly. He sprayed for small ant infestation coming from outside the front door. So far I haven’t seen anymore ants. Suggested that I call back in a month to reinspect as a precaution. Very satisfied so far.
