Village Plumbing, Air & Electric for a/c system maintenance
Clear ✕From start to finish Erik Ausberry was a total gentleman. Jack and I were immensely impressed with his professionalism and expertise in explaining several issues that needed to be addressed. His courteousness was delightful. We will want his service for our home in the future. Thank you Village for sending him to…
Village Plumbing appears to operate more like a sales organization than a plumbing service company. In my experience, they send articulate, persuasive representatives who seem more focused on selling additional services than addressing the customer’s actual maintenance needs. Every service visit feels like an…
The problems were identified quickly and the repairs were made in a timely manner. Prices were reasonable for the work performed. Very professional and knowledgeable employees.
The customer service is horrible, they arrived late on the calls, they lied about everything I paid for, and argued with me about what I paid for. Definitely do not recommend. Update Donald came out and fixed my leak and he was an absolute professional.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a wonderful experience with Josh from Village Plumbing, Air & Electrical! Our AC went out around 4 AM, and with us having a new born I was in a panic! Josh was so kind and responsive, walking us through what to do over the phone until he could come out later that morning. He truly went above and…
This was the only group available of several that I called for same day service on the weekend. Joshua explained everything clearly and overall I'd say I got excellent service. Highly recommend!
Joel did a great job at getting our AC up and running. He explained the service concisely and made sure we knew all of our options. Thanks Joel.
Kevin Oloughlin was on time and very knowledgeable. We appreciated his candor and ability to answer our questions on a level we could understand.
Sean Stewart of Village plumbing and Electric replaced one of my AC units together with his junior Dave. They were very professional and efficient. They did a great job. Well done.
