Very professional, reliable and dependable whole staff is amazing would definitely recommend
The customer service is horrible, they arrived late on the calls, they lied about everything I paid for, and argued with me about what I paid for. Definitely do not recommend. Update Donald came out and fixed my leak and he was an absolute professional.
Joshua Lantis was knowledgeable, professional and down to earth and helped me to understand the ins and outs of my AC system and advised me on a plan of care to keep it running in partnership with Village Plumbing & Air. Left me feeling confident that my AC is in good hands.
I was disappointed with my service experience. I was charged the full service fee, even though the technician was unable to complete the service because I did not have something that was needed for the job. I was unaware that I needed to pay and have equipment needed for the job. I was still surprised that I was…
Mr. Anthony Richardson was great assisting us with our AC concerns. We are very happy with the service and customer service he provided us.
Great customer service, we just bought a house and had these guys come out to do all the work estimates, they gave us a great comprehensive deal and are very courteous and thorough. They had extra guys come out in as little as an hour- very quick response time. They are a one stop shop with quality assurance. I…
Jesse Crawford came out to inspect my A/C units and give me some recommendations on changes I could make and replacements to my unit that would help with energy efficiency. He was knowledgeable, thorough and took his time inspecting and explaining everything to me.
I had a great experiment. Henry was wonderful. He explained everything that was going on and what my options were in a way that I could understand. The install team, headed by Derwin, we great! They left the house clean and swept. I was really happy with this whole experience! I got other quotes. Village Plumbing…
Rough start with the quote but settled on something reasonable.
Joel Shutt and Chris Maner were very helpful and informative with all recommendations and decisions to be made. Chris was quick to respond to questions/concerns I had. Joel was very willing to explain/educate me on the repairs/replacements that needed to be made and why they were so important to perform. Will easily…

Jorge and Manuel arrived on time to clean my air ducts. Homero set up the service request and all 3 are great representatives for Village Plumbing. I am really happy with the level of professionalism and the customer service. Charmaine J.
William Montoya was prompt and professionally efficient. He was very respectful of my home and myself. I will highly recommend this HVAC technician.
We had sinks overflowing, with junk coming through at an overwhelming amount, after turning our water back on after the low temperatures outside. Your serviceman came within a few hours, late in the night, to fix our problem when others brushed us off. He gave excellent service and great advice, while helping to get…
Very pleasant, and professional takes time explaining all questions where you have fuller knowledge of you problem and how it can be fixed
Josh… was on time and so full of helpful information regarding what’s needed to clean my HVAC duct system. He helped me make an informed decision to work with Village Plumbing and Air for my HVAC cleaning. Excellent service from Village plumbing and air. Highly recommend!!!
Josh was super helpful and great throughout the process of servicing our home! As first-time home buyers we are very unfamiliar in what we needed and the realm of anything AC/HVAC related. He walked us through everything to make sure we fully understood what our home needed (with video in the attic, walking through…
Johnny Mateo was very informative, kind and a quick worker! Highly recommend! Even though I am a girl and know nothing about my issue, he was patience and answered all my questions. He walked me through all the steps he was performing and never left me in the dark! Very friendly and should I have another issue, I trust Johnny to help me again.
