Everyone was professional. The work was neatly done and completed in a timely manner. Very nice crew.
The customer service is horrible, they arrived late on the calls, they lied about everything I paid for, and argued with me about what I paid for. Definitely do not recommend. Update Donald came out and fixed my leak and he was an absolute professional.
I was extremely fortunate to have the HVAC technician, Marshall Bainton troubleshoot and repair my system. He was thorough, patient, knowledgeable and respectful of my home. His kindness and integrity went above and beyond the duties of his job. My mother is 89 years old on hospice and he refused to leave until he…
Great customer service, we just bought a house and had these guys come out to do all the work estimates, they gave us a great comprehensive deal and are very courteous and thorough. They had extra guys come out in as little as an hour- very quick response time. They are a one stop shop with quality assurance. I…
The technician is very friendly and through.
I had a great experiment. Henry was wonderful. He explained everything that was going on and what my options were in a way that I could understand. The install team, headed by Derwin, we great! They left the house clean and swept. I was really happy with this whole experience! I got other quotes. Village Plumbing…
Joel Shutt and Chris Maner were very helpful and informative with all recommendations and decisions to be made. Chris was quick to respond to questions/concerns I had. Joel was very willing to explain/educate me on the repairs/replacements that needed to be made and why they were so important to perform. Will easily…

Jorge and Manuel arrived on time to clean my air ducts. Homero set up the service request and all 3 are great representatives for Village Plumbing. I am really happy with the level of professionalism and the customer service. Charmaine J.
Excellent experience. James is a great project manager with a lot of knowledge on AC units and installation.
The very best service. Every representative from the company was professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely continue to use them. Thank you so much Jesse Coyer
William Montoya was prompt and professionally efficient. He was very respectful of my home and myself. I will highly recommend this HVAC technician.
We had such a great experience with Erik from Village Plumbing and Air. From the moment he arrived, he was kind, patient, and upfront about everything. Our heater issue turned out to be stubborn, but he refused to give up until he found the root cause and fully repaired it. Beyond being a skilled HVAC technician, he…
Josh was super helpful and great throughout the process of servicing our home! As first-time home buyers we are very unfamiliar in what we needed and the realm of anything AC/HVAC related. He walked us through everything to make sure we fully understood what our home needed (with video in the attic, walking through…
Marquis was absolutely phenomenal! Highly recommended for all of your HVAC needs!
Technician Donovan Brooks was kind and courteous and knowledgeable.
DISPATCH PROBLEM! Workers arrived WITHOUT NOTICE but performed all required work completing the job within 20-30 for which they were called out to perform. Whoever is responsible for dispatching the workers, places their these guys in a very uncomfortable position by not letting the home-owners prepare for their arrival.
Our HVAC tech Vincent was AMAZING! Clean, efficient and to the point!
Professional, efficient and virtuous
