The customer service is horrible, they arrived late on the calls, they lied about everything I paid for, and argued with me about what I paid for. Definitely do not recommend. Update Donald came out and fixed my leak and he was an absolute professional.
Daniel, Justin and John are the best of your team. They were professional and courteous. I liked how they explained my a/c and plumbing issues and I was able to make the best decision for my home. Jalen Diamond also did a great job with the plumbing. He too was professional and courteous and gave clear instructions.
Michael was very professional and very nice, I appreciate everything him and his partner did for me today. They are very good workers.
Great customer service, we just bought a house and had these guys come out to do all the work estimates, they gave us a great comprehensive deal and are very courteous and thorough. They had extra guys come out in as little as an hour- very quick response time. They are a one stop shop with quality assurance. I…

The maintenance…

I called Village Plumbing, Air and Electric when my furnace went out this weekend and it had gotten cold. The company was very helpful and scheduled a licensed technician to come out immediately to address my problem. They let me know ahead of time who the technician was and even sent a picture. The technician…

We had such a great experience with Erik from Village Plumbing and Air. From the moment he arrived, he was kind, patient, and upfront about everything. Our heater issue turned out to be stubborn, but he refused to give up until he found the root cause and fully repaired it. Beyond being a skilled HVAC technician, he…
