DISPATCH PROBLEM! Workers arrived WITHOUT NOTICE but performed all required work completing the job within 20-30 for which they were called out to perform. Whoever is responsible for dispatching the workers, places their these guys in a very uncomfortable position by not letting the home-owners prepare for their arrival.

AC Village has always been great! I can count on them to keep my ac system working in the dreaded heat of a Texas summer. I want to mention their tech Soufiane Tabsart was awesome.
