The customer service is horrible, they arrived late on the calls, they lied about everything I paid for, and argued with me about what I paid for. Definitely do not recommend. Update Donald came out and fixed my leak and he was an absolute professional.

Our Heater quit working right when Houston was going through an ice storm. Ramiro Berrum came right away and went above and beyond to make sure we have heat within hours. DISPATCH PROBLEM! Workers arrived WITHOUT NOTICE but performed all required work completing the job within 20-30 for which they were called out to perform. Whoever is responsible for dispatching the workers, places their these guys in a very uncomfortable position by not letting the home-owners prepare for their arrival.
