The customer service is horrible, they arrived late on the calls, they lied about everything I paid for, and argued with me about what I paid for. Definitely do not recommend. Update Donald came out and fixed my leak and he was an absolute professional.
Doug was prompt and knowledgeable. He was very helpful.
Came up with a bunch of urgent repair items for our A/C units that were not imminent and had us worried. Nothing was actually needed, get a second opinion.
Joshua Lantis was knowledgeable, professional and down to earth and helped me to understand the ins and outs of my AC system and advised me on a plan of care to keep it running in partnership with Village Plumbing & Air. Left me feeling confident that my AC is in good hands.
Noah was very professional and knowledgeable. Great service!!!
Huge thanks to my AC service team! Joel and Daniel walked me through everything clearly, answered all my questions with patients and were fantastic to work with. It’s rare to find technicians who are both skilled and so Accommodating. Highly understanding and professional team, which I strongly recommend!
Soufiane came out to help today when my AC suddenly stopped working. He was great at explaining what was wrong and how to fix it. Great customer service, we just bought a house and had these guys come out to do all the work estimates, they gave us a great comprehensive deal and are very courteous and thorough. I had a brand new Lennox system and a tankless water heater installed at the same time on a four story home. The maintenance…
