His courteousness was delightful. We will want his service for our home in the future. Thank you Village for sending him to…
The customer service is horrible, they arrived late on the calls, they lied about everything I paid for, and argued with me about what I paid for. Definitely do not recommend. Update Donald came out and fixed my leak and he was an absolute professional.
Completely satisfied with work ethics for both Shadrick McNeil and assistant Jalen. No complaints whatsoever. All work was completely explained and professionally transmitted to me.

Had to get my dryer ducts cleaned but tried to charge over $300 for a simple cleaning. Got it down to $198 but still overpriced. Had to reschedule the appointment 2 times and even after only 2 days the dryer is sending the same message that the dryer duct is clogged again. They overcharged for a little sweep of the…
The technician is very friendly and through.
This is a shout-out to Deshawn Eggleston with Village Plumbing, Air and Electric. One of the AC drains had a major stoppage. Deshawn’s persistence resulted in clearing the drain before any damage was sustained. He also completed the annual maintenance service on the AC units. He is a true professional. Thanks Deshawn!

Great service, timely manner. Technician did a super job. I think it was Way overpriced. $ 400 + for an AC condensation drain clean. They did a great job but I won't call them again. Cost too much.
