I especially appreciate that he gives you an honest assessment and isn’t trying to find a way to make an immediate sale! That kind of honesty makes me more likely to buy a unit from Village Plumbing when the time comes.
DISPATCH PROBLEM! Workers arrived WITHOUT NOTICE but performed all required work completing the job within 20-30 for which they were called out to perform. Whoever is responsible for dispatching the workers, places their these guys in a very uncomfortable position by not letting the home-owners prepare for their arrival.
