Hey Reid came out and hooked me up with some boiler pilot help! VP always takes amazing care.
The customer service is horrible, they arrived late on the calls, they lied about everything I paid for, and argued with me about what I paid for. Definitely do not recommend. Update Donald came out and fixed my leak and he was an absolute professional.
I've used Village for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC services, and their customer service is outstanding! Josh Lantis, Henry Newsom, Dennis Duffy, and Josué Herrera are all PHENOMENAL!!! Their professionalism, great humor, and detailed explanations make every experience a pleasure. Village will continue to be my…
Great customer service, we just bought a house and had these guys come out to do all the work estimates, they gave us a great comprehensive deal and are very courteous and thorough. They had extra guys come out in as little as an hour- very quick response time. They are a one stop shop with quality assurance. I…
I had a brand new Lennox system and a tankless water heater installed at the same time on a four story home. Two different AC companies over four years have been struggling to figure out why our guest room on the third floor was not getting the same amount of airflow as the other rooms in the house. The maintenance…
As usual, my technician was professional and thorough. He was able to answer all my questions and fulfilled our needs. Service is never the question, but the prices could be better.
Kevin and Tommy did a great job with the replacement of the old HVAC system with new unit. Jose and Henry did a good job of explaining the problems and options for replacement of the old system.
Joel, Ethan, and Rogji came to our house to replace our ac unit. Joel came out on July 4 to estimate and then Rogji and Ethan came the next day, on a holiday weekend, to install. All 3 were very professional and took care to clean up afterwards. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the quality of…

I am writing this most recent review because I just got cancelled on, again! “They don’t do this service on Saturdays” however they…

Improperly installed furnace...let's just say I'm very glad I have carbon monoxide detectors. Can't get anyone to call and talk to me about the issue.
