DISPATCH PROBLEM! Workers arrived WITHOUT NOTICE but performed all required work completing the job within 20-30 for which they were called out to perform. Whoever is responsible for dispatching the workers, places their these guys in a very uncomfortable position by not letting the home-owners prepare for their arrival.
Michael did a great job in not only fixing our guest bathroom shower handle but also in flushing our water heater and installing a scale inhibitor. He provided detailed recommendations and provided a few options too which was helpful. He was also personable and very friendly!
