The customer service is horrible, they arrived late on the calls, they lied about everything I paid for, and argued with me about what I paid for. Definitely do not recommend. Update Donald came out and fixed my leak and he was an absolute professional.
Daniel, Justin and John are the best of your team. They were professional and courteous. I liked how they explained my a/c and plumbing issues and I was able to make the best decision for my home. Jalen Diamond also did a great job with the plumbing. He too was professional and courteous and gave clear instructions.
Michael was very professional and very nice, I appreciate everything him and his partner did for me today. They are very good workers.
Great customer service, we just bought a house and had these guys come out to do all the work estimates, they gave us a great comprehensive deal and are very courteous and thorough. They had extra guys come out in as little as an hour- very quick response time. They are a one stop shop with quality assurance. I…
I had a brand new Lennox system and a tankless water heater installed at the same time on a four story home. Two different AC companies over four years have been struggling to figure out why our guest room on the third floor was not getting the same amount of airflow as the other rooms in the house. The maintenance…

Technician Roosevelt Duffie was sent for the winter furnace check. He is really professional and energetic, and we chat through the whole process and he also showed different parts on my heater and potential issues through the inspection. He gave me recommendations that helped me better use the heater and maintain…
DISPATCH PROBLEM! Workers arrived WITHOUT NOTICE but performed all required work completing the job within 20-30 for which they were called out to perform. Whoever is responsible for dispatching the workers, places their these guys in a very uncomfortable position by not letting the home-owners prepare for their arrival.
Great experience as always with Village plumbing. Quin was awesome, great customer service and he got the job done. He was very thorough and knowledgeable.

Jason Richey, the Village Plumbing service technician sent to my home, was courteous, professional, and wore a mask and shoe covers at all times (much appreciated as my mother is 89-years-old and immunocompromised). Most importantly, he was obviously well-trained and experienced in inspection and diagnostic…

A bit overpriced but good communication about arrival times and availability
The technician was very knowledgeable and very professional I will be dealing with this company again thank you very much Oliver a Moore Jr.
Significant overcharging for routine services, not the best A/C quality products, poor customer service and follow up. We were supposed to be preferred customers. I hate to think what they do to the new clients!!
We’ve used Villiage Plumbing exclusively for years because they’re prompt, really dependable, and do a great job explaining issues and solutions even to people who know nothing about plumbing, heating or air-conditioning, like us. The tech who came today to replace the motor in a heating unit was Jose Narvaez; he’s…
Geoff was the extreme professional. He was able to locate the issue with our heating unit and fix it within minutes as it was nothing more than a loose screw. He provided suggestions on routine maintenance and based on this visit alone Village Plumbing & Air will now be my preferred vendor.
