VIP did an amazing job bathing and deshedding my cat! I was nervous how it would go but they did amazing and I will be bringing back my other cat shortly for the same service!
I took my cat here to get a lions cut due to his matting and he looks so cute! The owners were really nice and they truly care about the animals. I will definitely be back for more grooming appointments and I can’t recommend them enough.
I have a long haired kitty that is a bit chubby and has a hard time grooming herself. She hates it when I brush her. I decided to give VIP a try and I’m so glad I did. They did an amazing job. She is clean and fluffy! We will definitely be back!
Finally found a pet groomer for my Havanese. I've been to three groomers and couldn't be more pleased. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about my pet. I highly recommend VIP Grooming Salon to anyone looking for top-notch grooming services. They took the time to listen and understand what I wanted.

My German Shepherd had a wonderful experience there. She looks and smells great. The staff was super friendly and helpful, I will definitely be back again.
We were customers for 2 years+ since they are closest to our home. However, after our dog had to go to an emergency vet back in Feb, to find out he hurt his back. The timeline later made sense because it all happened after that appointment. And then the last time we had a grooming appointment, our dog was scared to go inside. The people said he was snippy at his last appointment too. No wonder! They hurt him and didn't even tell us back in Feb! I do not recommend this business because if they did hurt our dog, they did NOT tell us back in Feb.
I’ve never been to this place booked an appointment. They asked for my Dog records. I sent them them on a Saturday. They wanted to confirm my appointment for Tuesday. I confirmed they also asked for a credit card number which I thought was very odd, but I provided it the next thing I know they’ve canceled my appointment when I asked why they said I canceled it ! sounded pretty fishy to me now they have my credit card number and my dog doesn’t have an appointment. not happy because she needs to be groomed she’s been in the water and I was already waiting to get her in and now I’m gonna have to book somewhere else farther out. Not happy
Let's clear something up. You did not confirm the appointment. You asked what is this (the confirmation text) and then sent "N" which means you wanted the appointment cancelled which we did. We did not charge your credit card at all--it was to hold the appointment. Your lack of understanding of how a confirmation text works and the reply needed is not our fault. Your lack of understanding how a credit card holds your appointment is also not our fault and is a standard business practice of so many businesses. You also called us "whack a doodles" for stating the truth of the exchange. We wish you all the best as you look for another groomer.
We took our dog Coco for grooming on 5/9/26. We’ve been to 5 other groomers in 3 years. Our dog has extreme anxiety and aggression issues so grooming visits have always been very stressful for Coco as well as my husband and me….until now! Maggie, along with Josh and Jackie, provided a very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere for us and reassured us that Coco was going to be just fine. Maggie was great at handling him and his cut was one of the best he’s ever had! He’s normally very stressed after grooming appointments, but he was calm, happy and easy going after his visit! We will definitely be going to VIP from now on!! Thanks to all!
