If I did not find this help, my health would have continued to get worse! Chris Bramich solved so many mysteries I have search for help on since a young child. The help I received was from chronic bladder infections; regulation of my menstrual cycle from 7 to 9 irregular cycle days days down to 2 or 3regular predictable days; help to uncover Huge fixable issues to my weight problems that has been life altering. If you are on the fence, let me tell you the help you will find here is greater than any I have found. Please know I have lived in Canada, Australia and different parts of the USA. Today, My quality of life on a day to day basis has changed so dramatically!!! I am thankful I scrapped together the finance’s to be seen. I can only imagine what situation I would be in if I had not done this !!! I recommend Chris’s knowledge and application of his knowledge to problem solve what others cannot.

My husband and I are so thankful to God for the help we've received from Chris at Vital Foundations. Chris is the first medical professional to not give up on my husband's complex case, and my husband has started to feel better for the first time in over 6 years! Chris' extensive knowledge of not only nutrition and supplementation but also health conditions (rare and otherwise) was pivotal in making a difference for my husband. I'm extremely thankful for Chris, a holistic doctor who provided me with the answers and diagnosis no other doctor had been able to. Before meeting Chris, I visited multiple holistic/functional doctors who couldn’t identify the root cause of my health issues. I was struggling with brain fog, fatigue, and impaired cognition for years. He was the only doctor who helped. I was a welder and apparently my body reacts horribly to metal particulates. I used a PAPR system to avoid breathing it in but the particles went into my bloodstream and caused all sorts of physiological problems. He put me on a cleanse and prescribed me several supplements and now my mood, cognition, energy, sleep, and focus improved. It also killed cravings for several junk foods. His system is very effective. 100% would recommend him.

We came to Vital Foundations when my daughter was having skin issues and she was diagnosed with leaky gut from our naturopath. Chris helped us with her skin/gut issues through the GAPS diet and supplement recommendations. We've continued working with him after my daughter's issues cleared up to help heal my Hashimoto's. I have seen so many improvements, from hair regrowth to finally waking up full of energy instead of being exhausted. We are so thankful we found him and for the help he has been. We live in Rockwall but we found Chris because he was GAPS Certified and we resonated with his values and perspectives on his website. The drive is definitely worth it and he really knows his stuff! I have had UTI's my whole adult life. In the past, I would take cranberry pills and they would help somewhat, but inevitably, I would end up with another one and the cycle would start again, treatment with antibiotics. Chris prescribed me a probiotic that is specifically for my issue and I haven't had another UTI since! I can't thank you enough Chris!
