The technician, Kaitlyn, was great! She was very friendly and efficient but also thorough. I'm visiting from out of town so she also gave me some recommendations for restaurants and activities. Overall a great experience. Would come back for sure 😊

My girlfriend and I spent some time looking at reviews for the best nail salon in Bentonville, and we decided on Vivid Nail and Spa and I was NOT disappointed in our choice. Vanessa did an incredible job on my nails. I fell in love with the design. The customer service here is incredible. I have found my favorite and forever nail salon!

I love working with Vivid Nails and Spa in Bentonville! Vanessa and team are magical. Today I had mani/pedi so relaxing with Spearmint Treatment. Then Waxing and facial. If you haven't tried the facial, you have got to. It is so amazing! Relaxing and my skin glows for days!

I have been going to Vanessa to have my nails done for years, and she does an excellent job every single time! She is definitely the BEST in Northwest Arkansas! If you need a nail salon that *consistently* does a great job, go to Vivid Nails in Bentonville. Love the staff and their work!

Vanessa and Jamie did an amazing job getting me ready for my cruise. I absolutely love Jamie’s pedicures and Vanessa does the greatest on my nails. I sent her a couple of pictures I liked and let her run with it. Perfect!!!
