Customers highlight VKB’s in-home design consultations, kitchen and bathroom remodeling services, and the professionalism of their project managers. Recurring themes include responsive communication, efficient scheduling, and the convenience of a hands-off process with coordinated subcontractors. However, low-star reviews criticize a lack of follow-up on proposals and suggest that quality control may be inconsistent due to the use of subcontracted labor.

Our kitchen update is our second project with the VKB team and we are as pleased as with the first. Once again, Chesney was great with the design options, helping with the choices, and Jake made sure the project remained on track. The entire team did a high quality job!

Our 50 yr old shower needed updating to an elder friendly walk-in with grab bars, luxury tile and shower heads. VKB provided design, component selection, project coordination and excellent craftsmen for demolition, structural support and waterproof underlays as well as tile installation and plumbing experts. 5 Star Beautiful job.

DebraLocal Guide · 13 reviewsiTotal number of Google reviews Debra has written across all businesses on Google Maps, not just this one.
My goal was to find a company that I could trust to remodel the older shower in my master bathroom, My vision would require them to demolish that shower and construct a new one with new modern tiling, flooring, a bench and a custom glass door. I also wanted them to install new fans and light fixtures in the same bathroom. This would be a large and expensive undertaking for me, so it was important for me to find what I felt was the best company for the job.
Based on all of the positive reviews and comments I read, I started with VKB Kitchen and Bath in Palm Beach Gardens and scheduled a consultation to take place in my home. Amanda, the Managing Partner arrived at my home on the scheduled date and time. She spent a lot of time with me asking me questions to find out what I wanted to accomplish. After listening attentively to me, she gave me her suggestions on how it could all be done. That's when I realized that one of her assets as Managing Partner was as a designer. Amanda had a good eye for detail and came up with ideas for how to accomplish what I wanted, without pressuring me to do more. While at my house, Amanda took pictures, measurements and wrote notes that she would take with her back to her office, to put together a visual for me to see in about two weeks. I was not charged for her consultation in my home nor was I required to make any commitment in order for her to proceed with the visual.
About two weeks later, I went to see Amanda in her VKB Office Located in Palm Beach Gardens. This office included a showroom of luxury tiles and other things. What was most impressive there was the visual that she had put together. It actually consisted of a 3D design visual looking like a smaller version of a movie screen. It allowed me to see what my bathroom would look like with the changes before any construction began. This enabled me to make changes if any, before it was too late to be able to do so. I was not charged for this design visual nor was I required to make any commitment for her preparation and time she spent reviewing it with me. We looked at a variety of luxury tiles and I selected the ones I liked if I agreed to hire VKB to do the job.
I told Amanda what my budget was. She was able to give me everything I wanted within my budget, and never strayed from it. Based on Amanda's consultation in my home, my meeting her in her Office, reviewing the design visual that was prepared for me, their availability of beautiful luxury tiles, and her meeting my budget, I was convinced that I wanted VKB to do the job, and there was no need for me to look anywhere else. It was then that I signed the Standard Purchase Agreement and made a deposit.
A date was set for the job to begin. The crew arrived and started the job. The project manager was Jesse, who supervised the workers and came over from time to time to check on their progress. He even did a few small things I asked of him, not because they were part of his job description, but just to be helpful. With my consent, he put a key lockbox on the outside door so the workers could come and go without my needing to be there. That was never a problem nor did I regret trusting them. The primary workers were Victor, Milton, Jonathan and David. They worked hard, and in doing so, always managed to protect the floors and respect my house. They cleaned the debris from their work, and in the end, left my house spotless. The shower has clean, straight lines and the plumbing is functional.
The job is now done and I have the shower I wanted with the beautiful luxury tiles, floor, bench and custom glass door and I am thrilled. My thanks goes to Jesse and the workers for putting it all together. My special thanks to Amanda who remained available from the initial consultation until the job was complete. Every time I reached out to her, she responded to me quickly by answering my questions and making things happen.
For all of these reasons, I highly recommend VKB in Palm Beach Gardens for your kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling and renovations.

Amanda, the owner, is AMAZING! She put so much effort into helping me with the design of our kitchen remodel. She was always available to me and super promptly returned all of my texts and calls. She's both professional and friendly!
Next, Jesse, our project manager, kept us apprised of ongoing status and was on site for deliveries and pretty much checked in on site with the construction/contractor team every day they were on job.
Last, but far from least, was the BEYOND AMAZING contractor team who did all the work. Milton, Victor, and Johnathan paid such close attention to detail, and it shows in the end result. They are so friendly, but more importantly, they listened to all of my perfectionist requests and followed through on them. Now that our job is completed, I actually miss seeing their smiling faces around the house. 😊
We did have some hiccups/delays along the way, all with the actual cabinet manufacturing and delivery. But Amanda was on the phone with them and escalating at every turn and always keeping me apprised of status. She was my advocate and had them provide a complimentary upgrade to our island to make up for the delay. She also provided us with a second complimentary island upgrade. The end result is stunning, as is the entire kitchen!
We are loving it and will enjoy it for many years to come. You can't go wrong with Amanda and her VPK team! Highly recommend them!
Thank you so much, Mimi, for such a wonderful and thoughtful review! We’re thrilled that you love your new kitchen! Amanda, Jesse, Milton, Victor, and Jonathan will be so happy to hear your kind words. We especially appreciate your patience with the cabinet delays and are glad Amanda’s dedication and communication helped make a challenging situation easier. It means so much to know that you felt heard and cared for throughout the project. Thank you for trusting our Palm Beach Gardens team with your home, and we hope you enjoy your beautiful new kitchen for many years to come!
