Sofa and recliner was cleaned. Tyler was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. Great care given to protect our floors and walls from unintentional damage during the cleaning process by wearing booties and placing wall protectors in the corners where the hose was used. Thanks for a great experience.

This is the third remediation I have helped manage at our facility and I highly recommend Voda for water damage and mold remediation work.

During replacement of our water heater in our garage which was carpeted and filled with packed boxes and furniture the plumber from Home Depot installation services -Delta Mechanical managed to break off water heater drain valve and flood the garage. John (owner) at Voda was contacted by plumbing company. Voda was extremely quick to respond and was on site in a half hour to access the situation. Within an hour or less he had a large pod delivered at our house to pack out garage contents and a crew of packers from a packing crew company and his staff. Within a few hours garage was emptied out into pod. He did water saturation reading of carpet and all items affected by the water. He set up floor fans, dehumidifiers and vacuumed out as much water from carpet as possible. Then cleaned and sprayed sanitation cleaners and fumigated for sanitation purposes. Carpet was looking like new again! . Voda was here daily for next several days taking moisture readings and staying on top of the drying progress until garage was completed dried and ready for the repacking of garage items from pod back into garage by the packing company crew.
Voda completely mitigated any chances of mold and anything else etc.
Voda overall is amazing! Extremely fast professional service! I have never been more impressed and completely satisfied with a service provider in my entire life!
Voda’s quick response time of being on site so fast prevented more invasive water damage to our garage and our items in it.
Voda is: 100% a 5 Star Service!
I completely and totally recommend Voda if you need home damage and restoration services!

The entire process was refreshing from working with Sandee (intake), Tyler (Tech), and then John (the Owner).
