They handled my repair quickly and professionally. Their courteous staff gave me confidence that my vehicle was receiving quality service. My van was returned earlier than expected and also much cleaner than anticipated. I will be returning for any future repairs. Returned for a second repair in 10/26 and still the same great service!

Excellent work.

Voelkel's did great. They communicated the process every step of the way and notified me when the car needed to be sent in for additional painting. They reached out and worked with my insurance company when there needed to be adjustments without me having to ask. The repaired car looks great!

I had a fender bender and when the car was able to be fixed they did a very good job. It looks like new and even smells new again! Once in the shop it was a quick repair, they were willing to work with you on times to drop off and pick up. It was a great experience.

Voelkel's has been the only collision repair shop I've used for the past 4 decades. Their work has been outstanding every single time. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

They did an excellent job and kept us informed every few days on how the process was going and we were extremely pleased with the body work, paint matching, and both the office and shop communication from start to finish.

I highly recommend this car shop. The office staff is friendly and easy to work with. They worked directly with my insurance so I didn't have to be the middleman. They were able to get me in quickly and the repair was done within a week. I was able to leave my car rental there to be picked up. They cleaned out my car got no extra charge!

They got us in alot earlier than originally promised and had our truck returned within a few days!!! Absolutely the best experience we have ever had.

Had a 5 gallon bucket blow in front of my VW Alltrack and take out the faring. They were able to get me in fairly quickly (once the part arrived). Found additional damaged parts and ordered from VW for a quick repair. I also had them repair a dent fron someone's car door. The dent repair was less than quoted and looks fantastic. Would use again.

Everyone was kind and honest. I felt that I was fairly treated the entire time. The car looks great! The new parts of the body/trim line up perfectly with the existing body/trim. No doubt I will be going back to Voelkel's if my car needs any more collision repairs.

Bill, Kirk and the rest of the team did a phenomenal job making several repairs to my vehicle. The work was quality, pricing was honest/fair and they kept in communication with me the entire time. Since taking my vehicle here for repairs, I now wouldn't go anywhere else. They do an excellent job and I highly recommend them!

Excellent body work and car looked like new when finished, clean inside & out. Had some communication issues with customer service, which was frustrating and caused unnecessary delays, but overall very good. Good location, easy to get to and plenty of parking.

All of the staff are friendly and professional. Not only did the Voelkel's staff fix my car in less than 2 weeks and 2 months ahead of schedule (not just their schedule, all local body shops) I'm pretty sure they also vacuumed my car!
