They handled my repair quickly and professionally. Their courteous staff gave me confidence that my vehicle was receiving quality service. My van was returned earlier than expected and also much cleaner than anticipated. I will be returning for any future repairs. Returned for a second repair in 10/26 and still the same great service!

Voelkel’s Collision did a phenomenal job repairing my vehicle. The quality of the work was excellent, and my vehicle looked great when I got it back. They did an amazing job. They even detailed the inside of my car. It was like driving it off the car lot for the 1st time. They are the best.

We went here because someone hit me in a roundabout. Their insurance company works with Voelkel's. I've gone here before and I've had positive experiences both times. They are very professional and do quality repair work. I would recommend them to anyone!

They did an excellent job replacing my rear bumper. The paint was matched perfectly and all seams were aligned perfectly as well. Voelkel’s is the ONLY place I would go for collision repair. I was treated professionally and with kindness and transparency. Plus, my car looked FABULOUS!

Having experienced other repairs shops in the city; some average, some horrible (c.collis), I must Voelkels is hands down the best. My vehicle had exterior collision damage and they got my baby in and out within a week. They communicated via text the progress of my vehicle and made the transaction very easy. Excellent work.

Voelkel's did great. They communicated the process every step of the way and notified me when the car needed to be sent in for additional painting. They reached out and worked with my insurance company when there needed to be adjustments without me having to ask. The repaired car looks great!

My first impression was Voelkel’s seems to have a very long queue and not in a very convenient location. However, its quality of work is at top notch. Also, the trunaround time was amazingly fast once the project got started. Very efficient and Highly recommended if the expense is covered by insurance. Below shows… Read full review

Fantastic experience. Great work done, excellent communication, and finished before schedule. Highly recommend for any repair needs!

I had a fender bender and when the car was able to be fixed they did a very good job. It looks like new and even smells new again! Once in the shop it was a quick repair, they were willing to work with you on times to drop off and pick up. It was a great experience.

Voelkel's has been the only collision repair shop I've used for the past 4 decades. Their work has been outstanding every single time. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

We had a terrific experience with our car repair at Voelkels. We are repeat customers and will return again if needed, Great customer service and very professional. Our car was very clean when we picked it up. Would definitely recommend this business.

They did an excellent job and kept us informed every few days on how the process was going and we were extremely pleased with the body work, paint matching, and both the office and shop communication from start to finish.

I highly recommend this car shop. The office staff is friendly and easy to work with. They worked directly with my insurance so I didn't have to be the middleman. My son was T-boned in his 2011 Honda Insight and both doors on the driver side were banged up. We decided to go with Voelkel's because of the reviews we found online, even though it was about a month and a half longer wait; to say it was worth it is an understatement! I am amazed at what these guys did in less than… Read full review

We took my husband’s truck here after someone backed into his front bumper. They were able to fit him in far sooner than any other collision center around & finished the repairs in two days when we thought it was going to take four. My husband’s truck is his pride & joy; I’m sure he would’ve noticed if something was… Read full review

First off, this shop really set the standards. I am so very satisfied with my experience with them as I was rear ended back in July and had an appointment in October to get it fixed, but they had an opening at the beginning of last week, and had it done in 4 days. Very professional business, and gave me updates… Read full review

Absolutely the best customer service ever. Very helpful

Excellent customer service and quality of work

They got us in alot earlier than originally promised and had our truck returned within a few days!!! Absolutely the best experience we have ever had.

Had a 5 gallon bucket blow in front of my VW Alltrack and take out the faring. They were able to get me in fairly quickly (once the part arrived). Found additional damaged parts and ordered from VW for a quick repair. I also had them repair a dent fron someone's car door. The dent repair was less than quoted and looks fantastic. Would use again.

Everyone was kind and honest. I felt that I was fairly treated the entire time. The car looks great! The new parts of the body/trim line up perfectly with the existing body/trim. No doubt I will be going back to Voelkel's if my car needs any more collision repairs.

Best in the industry expertise and service. From the moment we first called them until everything was fully completed, they had outstanding quality and service. We had a car accident, and Voelkel's made a difficult situation, easy and painless. From working with us on getting the car to them, coordinating with… Read full review

Phenomenal service from the start to the end. Had my front bumper repaired after a golf ball size rock thrown into it from a big truck. I would not take my vehicle to any other repair shop. They do a phenomenal job.

I had hail damage from a hail storm in summer 2021. Started the claim in August with insurance and finished the repairs right before Christmas. Vehicle went into the body shop in September and all dents and body work, and paint were completed. The windshield was broken from hail and some moldings were damaged as… Read full review

The super heroes of car repair. They are pro's at what they do, and you get your car back when they say the will be done. A outstanding team of workers.

Bill, Kirk and the rest of the team did a phenomenal job making several repairs to my vehicle. The work was quality, pricing was honest/fair and they kept in communication with me the entire time. Since taking my vehicle here for repairs, I now wouldn't go anywhere else. They do an excellent job and I highly recommend them!

Excellent body work and car looked like new when finished, clean inside & out. Had some communication issues with customer service, which was frustrating and caused unnecessary delays, but overall very good. Good location, easy to get to and plenty of parking.

All of the staff are friendly and professional. Not only did the Voelkel's staff fix my car in less than 2 weeks and 2 months ahead of schedule (not just their schedule, all local body shops) I'm pretty sure they also vacuumed my car! If that wasn't enough, they let me leave the rental vehicle there when I picked up mine! 15/10 will ONLY go to Voelkel's

Fixed hail damage. Very thorough. Great communication through process.

Would use again. Good repair and completed before promised.

The vehicle was professionally repaired and looked brand new; it was hard to believe it was the same vehicle that I brought in to them. It was also very clean & detailed adding to the fact that it looked so good when I came to pick it up.

Can't say enough about how friendly the staff is! I was greeted immediately and treated me like family!

Car returned cleaner than I left it. Very courteous and kind.

Very professional place. My Cayman looks perfect after they repaired a gouge in the hood. Car came back super clean, too!

They did a wonderful job. We dropped our vehicle off and they did the rest. Very nice work and we are very happy.

I am very happy with the work completed. Highly recommend

They explained everything up front and kept me well informed throughout the process. I would use them again!

We have been customers of Voekels for decades and have always been beyond happy with the work, communication, and quality of repairs they have performed for us. The staff at Voelkel’s is extremely professional and easy to work with. We’ve brought our vehicles here over the years for body/collision repair and they consitently do a great job! Our most recent experience was last week, work was done within the estimated timeframe and they always clean the inside and outside of the vehicle. We will only use Voelkel’s!

This company continues to provide excellent reliable service. Very pleased and I will be back next time I need any auto body repair.

Voelkel's is the best body repair shop that I have ever gone to. My truck is a magnet for crashes and they have made it look brand new all 4 times it has been hit. They were able to fix a subpar repair another shop did a few years back. As long as Voelkel's is open I will never use another shop.

Voelkel’s has been our family’s go to for over 20 years. Always personal, professional, honest...and they do fantastic work!

Great service, great repair, and they retry car to me Clean!
